I liked the way the place was clean and the breakfast was not too crowded

I didn't like that one of the staff members actually switched off the aircon saying the couple next door wanted there room to be cold because they from overseas so I didn't understand that how were we disturbing them while we were in ours and we had to sit in a cold room after that! The breakfast can also improve because if you want toasted bread you wait for long although it's not crowded. But besides that everything was awesome 👌

The apartment was really stunning, spacious, and clean, and that made me enjoy my stay. Additionally, the staff was very welcoming 🙏

I had a special request, and my lady was having her 30th birthday. I asked that the room be decorated and shared a picture of how I wanted everything to at least look like and also requested that the champagne must be a JC Leroux. However, I got disappointed as the deco looked like a last-minute thing and didn't represent the 30th birthday. All I got was 9 balloons and rose petals of which are not worth the amount I paid for the special request. I provided enough time frame for planning and also mentioned that they should let me know if they need anything extra, but I was disappointed.

I loved the appliances in the apartments, everything was excellent quality as well as bonus point for cleanliness. Would DEFINITELY be staying at this hotel again.

There are only 2 down sides Firstly, there was cofusion on Bookings.com's side and we were given the wrong room and only after an hour and half were we able yo resolve it. The second, on the especially hot days the air conditioning in the apartments were not able to cool it as cold as I prefer but was still able to keep it colder than outside.

the apartment was very nice,inside it was as if I’m at my own place, the facilities.

The house keeping just opened the door while I’m inside, that was very annoying, I mean what if I was still undressed, there are certain things I didn’t want them to see but they saw because they used the master card to open😏 also the fact that their cards for opening the doors where not working , every time you went out you had to ask for one of the staff members to come open a door for you was really annoying, the coffee station in the apartments didn’t have variety of coffee’s . The towels looked old, but they were clean

The receptionist treated my wife bad she wasn't helpful as we were new guests in the place the attitude she gave us was extremely bad & especially in area with such status, its so unfortunate that lady she's wasn't aware who she was dealing with & i know business very well, to my view she's too comfortable in her work or she doesn't value the opportunity of being part of the staff, she was the only person who wanted to ruin our visit although other staff members were so welcoming from the entrance, cleaners, kitchen and maintenance staff in the morning when we were having breakfast they were very friendly they even greet with a smile. I liked the location it was easy to get there from Menlyn mall using an Uber. The stuff was amazing from the gate to the reception. Security I felt safe since I came alone. It was quite very refreshing. The room was clean and comfortable.

I didn't like that TV didn't have music channels. I had access to the phone but seems like it didn't work or it was engaged I wanted to speak to the reception people instead I had to walk from 5th floor.

Our stay at the Regency apartment hotel menlyn was fantastic. The stuff was incredibly friendly and accommodating going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay.the rooms were spotlessly clean with modern decor and comfortable beds and the location was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions and offering easy access to transportation.

I loved everything about it

Our check in was at 14:00, the apartment not ready until 16:30. We had no kitchen clothes/towels. We informed the staff, nothing was done. The bed sheets had stains. The day of our checking out, the cleaning ladies invaded our privacy and entered the apartment with their own lock key while we were still inside the apartment.

I like that the place is closer to everything I wanted and the rooms are comfortable

The fact that there's no room service after hours for a quick snack. The fact that there wasn't stirs or spoons provided for stirring your tea. The restaurant staff they bring you food to the room without cutlery and they should look into speeding up their service. Cause the waiting time for food 😔 I didn't like the fact that the receptionist wasn't informative about the hotel facilities to exceed my expectation And the fact that there isn't shuttle service offered for guests who are booked in the hotel for eg there was alot of guests who came to watch Tamia at the Sun Bet Arena who ended up stranded after the show while requests for bolts and ubers where alot
