The close proximity to the freeways, shopping centres and shops.

Our door had a problem, because part of the locking mechanism were gone. I ask the reception (a man) 4 times to fix it, but after our two week stay in the hotel it was still broken. Because of the broken door and our room adjacent to the door leading to the outside steps allowed my wife to have difficulty sleeping for our entire stay. Secondly,The safe battery were flat and we were given a key to lock and unlock the safe until it could be replaced, but this never happened. Overall I believe the maintenance of this hotel is very sloppy and could improve in many ways.

We stayed for a week and we're joined by 8 family members. The accommodation facilities and location were all perfect for us. The staff were friendly and so helpful. The rooms were spotless and serviced daily. Beds were very comfy with quality linen and everything well.maintained and in good order. The breakfasts were great, lovely freshly made omlettes! We all really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the attentive and helpful staff who even organised a shuttle for us when needed. Would definitely recommend staying at Anew hotel Roodepoort.

The staff were excellent—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast was very good, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and comfortable. The service was top-notch, making my stay pleasant and hassle-free.

The shower needs an upgrade—the door didn’t close properly, causing water to leak out. The shower tiles looked old and dirty, making the bathroom feel like it needed more attention. The room had an old carpet on the floor, which didn’t feel very fresh or modern. The air conditioning required servicing, as it wasn’t working as efficiently as expected.

The room was clean and fresh. The air conditioner was working very well, considering the weather. The lady who cleaned the room was excellent. Oh, the security guy manning the gates was marvelous.

The telephone in the room was not working correctly when I tried to call reception. I could hear the person on the other side, but they couldn't hear me.

The cleanness of the property and the location.

The breakfast staff were extremely rude on my first day. For someone who booked for 4 days it’s very rude to loudly tell me to settle my bill before going to my room. It could have easily been charged to the room and I’ll pay it when checking out.

Property was nice. Rooms were nice.

Service was a bit slow by the dining area. The staff behind the bar were also rude on two occasions. When we arrived for breakfast there was no one to assist us. We had to ask to be helped.

Place was WOW and the staff was amazing, especially the security guard. I'm recovering from a knee replacement, the security guard noticed that I walk with a limp, he reserved a parking for me close to the entrance. That for me was so special, his attention to detail.

The TV, please add more tv channels and upgrade to a smart TV.

We enjoyed our stay really. The staff was exceptional in their services . Very welcoming.

Unfortunately there's one staff member I asked for foam pillow and said he will contact the people responsible and he will revert back to me , but he never did. That was the black spot on my holiday. I've got a some neck injury hence needed a special pillow.

The room was in a quiet place very warm as it was beginning to be cold outside and very spacious too. and bed was comfortable pillows great and enough and i had packed breakfast well thought Items in my breakfast pack.

No thing everything was just perfect and the staff were excellent as I was leaving very early in the morning but would always find somebody waiting there at the reception site with my breakfast pack.
