Very secure, good bed, good quality towels and good shower pressure, tea/coffee in the room. The reception staff were polite and helpfull. A small garden with a small swiming pool and deck chairs to relax outside the rooms.

The hotel is located far from any amentites or shops. The nearest shopping facillities were 15 minutes wal but no walk ways, you have to walk on uneven surface or grass and keep watch on traffic as there were no footpaths. It was very difficult to get dinner as there was 90 minutes wait.

Hotel is very well located, with easy access to the Flora Clinic, Roodepoort, Randburg etc and very easy access to the 14th Ave N1 on/off-ramps. It has 24 hour security with automatic gates. Room was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and pillows. TV channels were very limited but can be expected in an economy property. Try avoid the interleading rooms if not family or a group, can be noisy. We heard our neighbor snoring! We were impressed by the refreshment tray in the room as well as the luxe amenities in the bathroom (especially the shampoo soap bar!) We ate breakfast once and were very impressed with the wide spread of cold and hot foods. The staff in the mornings and the security guards deserve a special mention, they were very helpful and friendly. We'll definitely be back!

Nothing at all, loved everything!

From check in to check out I had nothing to complain about. The area 👌 The staff 👌 the food👌 The cleanliness 👌 I would definitely recommend it especially for couples we really had a good time. And because we also love the night life 👌👌👌 our spot to go have fun at was like 5 minutes drive.

The gate man was very helpful, and he knew the goals of the company. The parking lot was very secure. We experienced load shedding at midnight but never stopped me from competing my task due to the availability of backup generators. The manager often moved around the monitor the place. Thank you, management and the entire staff for the hospitality.

Breakfast was good, provided enough food for the day. I was happy with the choices. Soup could be added to the menu.

The pillows were uncomfortable not much support, no blankets in the cupboard. I was cold the first few nights.

I booked a room with double bed but was given a room with 2 single beds and we couldn't sleep properly. It was frustrating when they couldn't give us a proper room.

The staff was very friendly and anticipated our needs. E.g. I was standing outside for fresh air and one of the staff members could see I was very hot and brought a glass of ice cold water with lemon.

The decor of the room and aircon was very outdated.

The staff member who admitted here took a bit of a long time trying to locate the property mobile phone, which was to be used to get or locate my booking.com booking.

Gift was at reception when I booked in and out, he was extremely friendly and went out of his way to make our stay as pleasurable as possible, it’s because of his service that they get a 10. The breakfast is definitely worth it. It was delicious, the fruits were fresh, the hot breakfast wasn’t even greasy.
