We spent 3 nights at Rozenburg Guest House, and it was perfect. It is well located within walking distance to the town centre, with multiple excellent restaurants and bars just at the end of the road. The house has been beautifully renovated, both inside and out. The yard and gardens are gorgeous and immaculately maintained, with a beautiful swimming pool and loads of shaded tables. Our room was perfectly equipped with all amenities necessary and equally well decorated. Breakfast was fantastic with an array of options including croissants, fruit, yogurt, granola, meats, juice, and tea/coffee. The staff were very helpful and kind throughout our stay. Overall we would highly recommend!

My daughter and I stayed in for two nights in the ''Mrs O" room - It was pleasant and spacious enough, but did seem like a bit of an after-thought room, as opposed to the rooms facing the pool area, so i wouldn't choose to stay in this particular room again. The bathroom had no extractor fan and the small window opened up into the laundry room where the staff were which wasn't ideal by any means!

The guest house is great. The room was not big, but sufficient. International electric plug sockets are available within the rooms. Fridge and coffee maker in the room were great. Breakfast was of very good quality, with on most days 1 or 2 other warm snacks. Other than that only boiled eggs available, but that's no problem for me. Everything is fresh and of good quality. All members of the staff were really nice, including the couple managing the property.

Indeed in the night there are lights coming through the drapes, as is mentioned in some of the earlier reviews, but I get that the garden lights are there for safety. If I have to be nitpicking, then the keys for the room doors (old-fashioned) are terribly difficult to fit into the large key holes and into the lock mechanism.

The guest house is in a fantastic location, with easy access to everything we needed. The garden is absolutely beautiful, and we really appreciated having the option to park our car nearby. It made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable.

Our stay was wonderful overall, though we had higher expectations for the breakfast. There was no cheese available, except for shredded cheese, and the bread was limited to just toast bread. A bit more variety would have made it even better.

A little oasis right in Stellenbosch, yet quiet for a great rest. The room was lovely, bright, and nicely decorated, loved the Nespresso machine. Breakfast was arranged early for my colleagues and I and was lovely too with fresh croissants. I will return for sure when work brings me back to that neck of the woods.

Because I needed to dry and style my hair, the plugs were very far from a mirror. This is a common ergonomic complaint and I find even top hotels never really get the plug mirror thing quite right.

• The pool is located near the parking area and in front of the guesthouse which lacks more of the privacy I prefer. • Noise from guests neighboring rooms (e.g. voices, toilet flushing) was slightly audible in the room I resided in.

The house was lovely , secure parking and a lovely small pool. The location was excellent , within walking distance of the beautiful Stellenbosch town. The host was very welcoming and helpful as was the other staff attending to breakfast . The bedrooms were small but we were only there for 2 nights and they were perfect for our needs. Breakfast was perfect. There was plenty of fruit, bread, croissants and coffee. Highly recommend this place to stay and would stay again

It was an incredibly quaint but modern hotel with personalised, outstanding service! The pool and atmosphere was perfect as was the location.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. I did like the USB sockets on the bedstands. Stellenbosch center district is within easy walking distance.

Small room with rather thin walls. Some noise disturbance from other rooms. There was some wind during our stay, which caused the bathroom door and entry door to rattle in their frames.

Location is perfect, walking distance to the main street, breakfast was very good and the personnel super kind and helpful. They organized our transport to the hotel and suggested some very nice free time activities.
