We attended the Lowveld Canoe Marathon (Lowveld Canoe Club). It's right across the property. It was great to have our support crew able to support us from the venue where we stayed, allowing partners to sleep in, but still enjoy our race.

Some staff wasn't very helpful. Others went above and beyond. Would be nice to have a place where we can leave boats. There was a group booking with people attending a conference - they got quite rowdy the 1st night. Management quickly intervened, however, next morning breakfast was not enough when we went. Couldn't wait as we had to get to event.

The tranquility around the garden and the lake was just breathtaking. The chef was friendly and efficient. We enjoyed our breakfast for both days.

The hotel waiters at breakfast were not friendly at all. It was like they were forced to wake up and serve customers. These ladies need to work on their customer service skills. Then - We were given a faulty paddle boat, it started accumulating water on our way back, and we were sunken wet due to it nose diving with us in it. There was no one around to help and my partner and I had to figure a way to swim offshore pulling the boat with our hands and finally managed to drain the water out with the help of our fellow guests who were also paddling. It was an unpleasant experience for all of us.

Breakfast were great with plenty to choose from.

The cost of dinner. I have stayed many times at Karula in white river and their dinner bed & breakfast rate is the same as your bed & breakfast rate. I also noticed that most of your guests including ourselves ate dinner elsewhere because of your pricing. I was also charged international banking fees by booking.com although I paid full amount and I’m from SA. Then when we got there you were running a special pay for 3 nights and get 4 free. I wasn’t offered a discount or anything.

I recently stayed at Pine Lake Inn in White River, and it was a wonderful experience! The breakfast was delicious, and I really appreciated the calm atmosphere. The silence from traffic made for a peaceful stay. Highly recommend it!

it was a lovely experience! The location and view were absolutely stunning, making it a perfect getaway. I also think you should promote water sports more; it would be a fantastic addition to an already great stay! Highly recommend it!

Room was great, however the shower could have been a bit bigger. View was great

I found the guests in the hallways made Alot of noise. With the bathroom door open the room felt very cramped. TV channels were total waste rather remove the TV, or allow streaming channels.

The breakfast was outstanding as well as the location.

Your TV package is not good enough. Most of the Hotels and Guest Houses I stay in has the sport channels as well, especially when there are good sporting events. Also if the rooms had a mini bar-fridge and a Microwave oven, then it will be difficult for anybody to top you or even be better than you.

The GM was super extraordinary as he helped with my situation where the clients were not happy with the standard room booked. So awesomely changed my booking to make clients happy. I guess I should've understood better with the description standard......

I enjoyed my stay and the stuff we're amazing, I had dinner in my room which was superb, the room service was unbelievable. I will definitely return again and recommend to some people. Thanks again to the stuff Madeleine,Marrion,Envy and can't remember the receptionist name maybe Buhle mara they were best even the barman

Unfortunately i didnt create time to eat breakfast, the rooms were so comfortable i really enjoyed my stay. i am definitely recommending the place and coming back soon

i wanted the bar to be opened until late, as i was experiencing what the facility contains. i didnt get time to stay in the bar for a long relaxing time

The Check in was seamless. I enjoyed the quite and peace of the place. The lake view was excellent. Their breakfast was very delicious.

I didn't like the fact that there are no bar fridges in the rooms. I had to drink my water and energy drinks warm.
