From the moment I arrived, I was met with warmth, kindness, and such genuine hospitality. The hotel itself exceeded every expectation I had. It is simply stunning – every detail so thoughtfully done. And the food… absolutely delicious! Every meal was a delight. I honestly wish I didn’t have to leave. My stay with you was everything I didn’t even know I needed – peaceful, joyful, and filled with love. 1. Comfort of the environment and the food was the best 👌🏼 2. The view outside is so refreshing 3. All the stuff members are supper great 4. The management even goes extra miles to make sure that all your needs are fulfilled on time 5. When breakfast or dinner time is about to pass, they call you to check if you will join them or not just so you don't miss out if you didn't keep track of time.

It's not like I didn't like them, but it's just a suggestion 1. Make the gate entrance to have a remote motor. I feel like the securities work a bit hard to manually open for us. 2. The theme colors of the deco inside are a bit loud. There is green and orange, White and Grey would look best. Otherwise, i loved and enjoyed the place to the fullest. 3. Microwaves inside would do as well.

The location is perfect .its close to most sightseeing places.The staff was very friendly. The premises were clean and beautiful.There are springboks roam inn around the property which is very beautiful. There is a tennis court n a trampoline and swings for those with kids.

The place could do with an upgrade in the rooms to have modern furnishes as it still has the oldish look. There is no gym so if you’re an active person then there’s no way for you to work out

All staff were friendly and very happy to assist with anything you require. Dawid in particular was great.

The mobile Spa service I don't recommend. One therapist in particular was on her phone answering messages during the treatment. She apologised and admitted fault and the owner was going to investigate however we were still charged for the treatment.

The staff is really friendly and welcoming. Nice environment and we found out there's a lot of activities to explore. So that was a nice discovery

Just the basin, drains slow like it is blocked or something. Plus some old man was being inappropriate so that made us uncomfortable at the pool, I am not sure if he worked here or was a guest since he had overalls on drinking black label. He left when we threatened to report him

Beautiful property and views. Pool was sparkly and the chairs so comfortable. Doggie bed provided 😍 Nice games room and spectacular reception area. Antelope roam free on the property. Delicious breakfast. Very friendly and efficient staff.

The buffet dinner was a let down. Food not up to standard. Dry chicken. Chewy beef chuck. Rolls not proofed properly and raw.

What an amazing experience, the staff there is so friendly. The food is sooooo nice. My partner was very happy we celebrated her birthday here, away from the city life.

Although for us it was not a train smash but the shower is too small for two people it only accommodates one person. For bigger bathrooms just make sure you book their suite rooms.

The Breakfast was amazing, we were even given the option to have our breakfast prepared for us so that we could have it in our suite. The service and staff were absolutely spectacular! Thank you for an amazing stay, next time, we will stay longer! Clean suite, amazing views, fresh air, clear skies, and a fridge that works. We left feeling well-rested and refreshed!

The outdoor seating had spider-webs which gave the impression that it hadn't been cleaned in a while.

The Atmosphere is adequate and breathtaking. Peace and Tranquility. The Location very ideal. Comfortable and relaxing is of best of the best.

The Rooms not cleaned properly. Saw cockroahes inn the Wardrobes. The Wardrobes had dust in them had to wipe dust. Restaurant staff not enough to serve entire guests. Taking too long to serve your request/s. Buffet breakfast just normal, not appetising as Omellete is a big deal. Need performance there. Serving corner VERY SMALL . PLEASE LET IT BE EXTENDED , as we should wait for self service in the corner. Thats all. But I liked the dinner. Best.

It is a good place for vacation,, we felt at home and the room was very clean . We really enjoyed delicious breakfast and Christmas lunch. Kids playing ground was very helpful for our children.

We are very disappointed with the Christmas lunch arrangements because we had to wait to get our table while we booked earlier and kids were hungry .
