Thank you Breakfast was great every morning. The location was a bonus as we only had to travel 4 km to the rugby grounds and it is nice and central walking distance from Rob Ferreira and the Pick n Pay shopping center. The staff was super friendly even the ladies that clean the rooms

In room 104 the toilet made a noise if the water pressure was getting to high and the bed was not very comfortable but my husband and I both had back operations and prefer a harder mattress, I think the mattress will be fine for other people

We definitely recommend Hotel 247 for people requiring an overnight stay at reasonable rates in White River - and in fact we were very well looked after, allowed an early bag drop and late check out while our car was repaired - and staff were very friendly and helpful. Booking.com facilitated all of this for us, got us a discount - and breakfast included Thanks to all.

Ideally a lift but we managed baggage up one flight of stairs. Hot water a bit slow - but came in the end!

The restaurant bar is too far from the hotel for late night service while even a small item of room service Carries a min charge of R30

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was lovely.

The fire alarm kept going off everytime we took a shower because it was triggered by the steam. There are no door tags for when you do not want to be disturbed. Housekeeping kept opening our door unannounced.

They were accommodative; I made the booking very late but was still treated properly.

Unstable power supply and the shower couldn’t produce hot water.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They did their best to make sure that we feel comfortable and welcome. They are always willing to help. The food was perfect. The property is beautiful.
