The room and bathroom were very spacious.Comfortable bed and nice decor

The walls were very dirty.Hand marks everywhere and bathroom curtain dirty.I tried to clean it myself but the room needs paint.Lots of maintenance required like fridge door shelve,towel rail loose.Wiring at tv very untidy.The wifi also did not work for the first two days but they came to fix it. The big and clean rooms, the restaurant prices are fair. The pool was big enough for us to enjoy!

The Wi-Fi was poor…and the tv volume in my room was non adjustable.

The low menu prices

The plumbing works were definitely done by unqualified plumbers, e.g. the position of the hot water taps should always be on the left-hand side, the mixer valve in the shower should point downwards and not upwards!! The side tables and other tables in the room were badly soiled with water/heat marks from coffee mugs and other objects. The access road to the lodge is bad, bumpy and with potholes. General poor maintenance at the facility

Very clean room and bathroom facilities. The shower is spacious and my children and I all showered each day with plenty of hot water for 3. There is a spacious bathtub too. Change of towels each day and cleaning of room each day. Tea and coffee top up each day. Has an aircon in the room and plenty of plus points. A Tv with DSTV channels and back up electricty when loadshedding. I also loved their food menu which is so affordable.

As it was over the new year, Some guests at the pool were inconsiderate and played the music extremely loud for the entire day and took advantage of that.

the breakfast was perfect. the room was perfect and the bed of King size - also was wonderfull.

i was not nicely surprised whe i saw the pool area was busy with the lodge stuff or part of it. its unaccaptable as for the guests ther was no ant available arm-chair just to lay on after the pool. the music in aftrnoon was too loud, the phone in the room did not work

We stayed the night as we had an early morning flight the next day and the hotel was about 5 minutes away from the airport. The hotel very kindly arranged for airport transfer for us. The staff were exceptionally warm and accommodating. The on-site restaurant had some really good food options for vegetarians. Good value for money.

Minor things like the lack of a hairdryer and also our room was on the first floor so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. Shower in our unit #27 did not drain well and the water was pooling at our feet.

What a gem tucked away from the main road, with beautiful views and feel good spacious areas. Friendly staff, fantastic head chef Miriam catered for all our needs. The buffet breakfast is top class and the buffet dinners we requested were all we could wish for. The bread and pastries are all made in site and absolutely great. Thembi and Gina looked well after us, and we were a large group! Will definitely go back!

The only negative was a small group of patrons who got very drunk on Saturday night and were extremely loud.

Very convenient for Nelspruit airport after our flight. Also only about 45 mins - 1hr drive from the Kruger, depending on which gate you use. Nice spacious room with lovely complimentary toiletries in the bathroom (I rarely use the ones provided in hotels but was happy to use these ones). Very friendly and helpful staff who were brilliant when we forgot our camera and had to go back.

The peacocks roaming the grounds were a bit noisy but everything else was great.

Everything 😊. From the rooms to the staff to the food and just the overall location. We enjoyed everything about this place and we are definitely coming back. The staff was so friendly throughout our stage and the breakfast was delicious every day. We appreciate the guavas🤣 we came at a right season, we couldn’t get enough of them. Definitely a great place to stay and being able to relax by the pool and play our music was a nice experience too. I loved the shower in our unit.

Nothing, everything was perfect

Such a beautiful place to stay! Our room was big and the bed very comfortable. Scenery was amazing.The restaurant was superb! Great food and great prices. Our waiter Sibisiso was always so friendly and polite. He even took the time to remember our names. The general manager was also very friendly and helpful and made sure our stay was exceptional. This is the perfect place to stay .
