Breakfast buffet was included as booked. The room had enough spacious for four people, as it had 3 single beds and 1 double bed. Cleaning services everyday. Friendly staff. 2 swimming pools and kids play area. We also had wifi all the time as our room was located next to the reception. There's a mini fridge in the room and extra blankets. Not far from the main city and a few shopping centers nearby.

TV only had 2 channels, iron has to be requested at reception and a microwave would make a huge difference for the visitors.

Staff was great with us. Great and relaxing place, right between White River and Mbombela (Nelspruit). Good price and great location, in a calm area. It is still my go-to place. You need a car to get there.

No longer have the buffet breakfast that I loved. Have less animals (before they had alpacas, zebras, etc). No internet on the compound, even in the common areas. Cellphone reception is bad.

We like Bundu, we used to stay there often, the park is very nice for kids, the area is very quiet. The location is great if you come for business and leisure around the Riverside and White River area The rooms were clean, the showers were ok, it offers good value for money overall. The staff is nice and helpful.

It seems that the farm animals are no longer there, except for the sheep and goats. The horses did not seem to be taken care of. That can be improved. It is important to implement a procedure to make sure that the check-in staff returns the passport immediately upon checking-in. If they do not return it, the client might assume that they have, only to find out at the border that the passport is still at Bundu lodge. This cannot happen.

Hospitality the staff was very friendly as always. A big Thank you to Cc Machia i don't know if i got her name right , she's from the cleaning Dep During december holidays we were at bundu and it happend that i left my pj top,earpds and doek and to my surprise she kept my belongings safe for me she even washed them . I was so pleased when i received them back during my current trip. Thank to her .May God bless her and the entire team.

The wifi was down through out our stay. Managent please attend to this i don' want t to experience this again on my up coming trip. Please make sure that the guest are well connected with the wifi

My husband is Muslim, they allowed us to bring our own meat, ad they still prepared it for us and served it so well, that was really nice of the chef. The restaurant was clean food was not over charged, we added salad from the menu which was out of this world. The home chillies sauce wow wow wow. My kids loved the lodge.

Everything about the lodge was super. The location was perfect, beautiful to see, great personnel (from the security guys, reception staff and cleaning staff).

We had to drive out to get the food we wanted to eat, the restaurant didn't have most of the food advertised in their menu. It was extremely hot when we arrived and there was no cold water provided in the rooms, we had to go buy water in town.

The room (Room 39)i was staying at this time around ,it was up to my standard , it was spotless ,. On my next trip i would love to have the same room i had . What a lovely service we received from Ms Zanele at the Reception, not forgetting Mr Mbuyiselo and Police for their humanity. God bless the above mention and the whole stuff at large.

On the 27th of dec 2022 till the 1st of Jan 2023 i was at ebundu lodge and when i checked out i accidentally left my earpods, white doek,hair spry and my pyjam top And i couldn't find them back as i was there recently .i kindly urge the stuff to please look for my things as i will be returning during the easter holidays if not december.

Our room was very private from the kids bedroom, it was also safe and the car parking is by the door. the rooms were cool and the pool was clean. The staff was very friendly and enjoy seeing the animals.

The towels were a little old and the pillow case and sheets smells like mould. Out double bed was not comfortable, It is old that we kept on rolling to the middle of the bed.

The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. The green color scheme looked refreshing and cool in the summer heat!! The beds were comfortable to sleep in and we enjoyed the balcony very much. We loved the aircon in the room. The gardens were beautiful and a bliss to walk in and the swimming pool was amazing!!! We also loved the farm animals on the property.

The aircon dripped water on one of the beds, we moved the bed away but then the floor was wet of all the water dripping from the aircon.

Great big room with nice lounge seatings in and outside the room. Comfortable beds and even a special dinner delivery in the room. The bathroom was equipped with a nice bath and shower. a great stay to get away from the busy city.
