Big room, comfortable and clean, not noisy, good facilities, good location

Not enough breakfast, it finished earlier and the staff is not happy if we request to fill up again the food

The room was larger than originally expected and the place was quite spacious. The hotel is in a very good location and is near bus stations and convenience stores. Seomyeon station is a few minutes walk away. The breakfast is surprisingly hearty and well-stocked.

The room met the expectation. For leisure was Netflix available, AC was ok the location of the hotel is good, lot's of restaurants, bars etc in the environment

Breakfast was very slim - but did the job room cleaning had to be requested daily and didn't work each time

Big nice room, bathtub in the bathroom, smart TV with Netflix. The location is very close to transport, shops and supermarkets nearby. Small breakfast included in the price.

Showerhead wasn't the best, so water everywhere in the bathroom

Just an excellent staff, a calm communication and respect, providing free high quality 2 masks every day( 1 mask ~ $1,5). Super big size room indoor and outdoor bathrooms. Just some steps away from Lotte city mall, near to Seomyeon subway station.

The room was quite dark

My room was spacious and had a spa bath.

They did not provide bath towels, I had to use the bath mats and the robs provided. This to me was very strange and unusual
