The staff were very helpful and communicative. The facilities were clean and comfortable. The room had a Bluetooth speaker, great ocean views. Super comfy bed! Convenience stores on the ground floor and easy bus to the mainland. Free water was provided everyday and even English tea.

Although there is a kitchenette there are no plates or cutlery, or proper mugs! I could hear people getting drunk in the next room, so it was difficult to rest.

It is fairly centrally located between the main tourist attractions - so a quick taxi ride in any direction. But as it is not itself in a tourist hotspot it is quiet and peaceful - no neon signs, no drunken people in the streets etc. something I look for. I had a deluxe room looking out to the harbour. As the rooms are a ‘residence’ style they each have washing machines, microwaves, kettle and hob meaning you can do your washing (which I needed to after spending the previous 2 weeks cycling and exploring Korea) as well as have some more non-restaurant food which I find gets a little tiring after a couple weeks. All the staff spoke excellent English which more than made up for my poor attempts at Korean and they were all friendly and polite. Finally, it has to be one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in - helped no doubt by its newness, but still the cleaning was excellent.

Whilst the staff spoke excellent English, some of the signs and instructions were in Korean only, whilst others were both. A quick Google or Apple translate worked wonders for those without English - not really an issue to be honest.

The facilities in general are amazing. The bed very comfortable and the room was very clean and equipped with washing machine, kitchen and microwave.

The place is pretty far from most of the important places to visit from Busan (around 1 hour away by bus minimum). However, it is situated right in front of the ocean and the port and it was what I was looking for.

Beautiful new hotel, quiet relaxing place next to KMOU, and very clean. Room cleaning is after 12pm and very easy to communicate with the staff if we need anything. Close to convenience store and 5 mins walk to Hari bus stop, around 30 mins to Busan St. View are so pretty, infront of fisherman harbour. Nice place to relax and take time exploring Yeongdo-gu. Lots of good place to eat as well.

No toiletries, need to buy your own toothbrush etc. No kitchen appliances despite having a full working kitchen with microwave. Ladies, the big windows are not tinted so be cautious 😅

Clean, friendly staff and good location. highly recommended if you want time to relax.

Good staff. Clean and good rooms. Balcony was a great touch. Tea / coffee options were good. Good option for longer stay. Close to Cafe and convenience stores.

Beach outside is more of a dock. Room does NOT have toiletries. Ocean was more to the side of balcony. Not exactly worthy Ocean view.

The rooms were spotless and serviced every day. Very modern finishes and appliances. The room was bigger than expected.

All was in order.

Everything was clean and the owner tried to do everything perfect.

The owner forgot to send us the number of the room and password, since she started working on booking recently. So if you are planning to stay there, text her in advance.

1. Because building is a relatively new, most facilities are clean and neat. 2. You can in and out freely with your car anytime with a spacious parking space. 3. Location is very quiet and you can have a sea view even it is not a main sea side. 4. Staffs are nice and friendly.

1. It says so called "residence" that room has an induction, a washing machine and a microwave, but no kitchen utensils at all (i.e. pots or pans, plates, spoons, and others). 2. In house pool at the roof top is so expensive to use for the guests (KRW 25,000 per person - even a child - for 2 hours). 3. The location is a newly development area, so it has not that many neighbor stores such as restaurants, cafe, and others.

There was different restaurants in the building to choose from. Pool and gym was pleasant

It was not marketed that you had to pay additional for the pool facilities. 25,000 won per person for 2 hours.
