nice hotel, location is great: many convenience stores and cafes around. subway station and bus stations are nearby too. despite being in a lively area, it was comfortably quiet even with the windows open. staff is very helpful and welcoming, but dont really speak english much

the rooms are not perfect and feel a lil old, may need some renovation but nothing too crazy. still very comfy and clean

I enjoyed the location, the complimentary things like face wash packets were also a nice touch, and the staff was very nice. They even offered us an umbrella for the rain.

The only things I didn’t like were aesthetic things like the exposed cement on the ceiling and the the color of the toilet seat that made it look well used, and the fact that the bathroom was a wet bathroom. However, these are mostly personal preference.

Location was perfect. Room was clean and spacious for a single traveller. Great bathroom facilities.

Some minor cosmetic maintenance was needed, but didn’t affect my comfort. Check-in time at 10 pm is unusually late, but suited my itinerary this time.

The location is great for traveller by airport bus or subway, only short walking distant from the stop. Friendly staff although cannot speak English, we communicate using Google translate.

Room is a bit small, bed was too soft so it wasn’t comfortable. My check-in time is 8 pm and no early check-in option available!! Please check your check-in time before you book the room.

Great location close to Sungshin Women’s University Station. Room was clean and quiet.

Check-in time was an absurdly late 8 pm, despite guests checking out at noon. As a tired traveller, it was exhausting to lug my bags around the city all day before I could finally enter my room. Front desk staff were present but disinterested.

This “4 star” property has a nice location. Close to the metro station and many restaurants. If you are lucky enough to get a comfort room, it’s pretty large and comfortable. I can’t say the same for the standard double room. That is pretty small. The facilities are pretty basic. A bit far from the description in the property.

For starters, the check-in time is 8pm which is pretty absurd and they are not flexible about this. Apperamtly it is because the hotel was also working with “hourly rates” as well. Don’t think anything bad about that but this is the way it was. No room has a safe or a working safe. The room descriptions are in accurate about the safe and wardrobe. They changed my room but the bigger one they provided was also not equipped with a working safe and they couldn’t solve the problem for 3 days. Quite incompetent approach! The staff barely speaks English. They try to help but when they are hopeless, they won’t try to talk to you anymore. I find it pretty rude! Overall that was a bit of disappointment for a hotel advertised as such.
