Loved the little welcome bag with cream, lotion, toothbrush, sponge, etc ... Room is simple but neat. Room cleaning upon request so nobody will barge in your room when not expected. Location is good on line 4 (exit 1 of Sungshin Women University) and opposite to the stop of the bus 6011 to airport (every 25 minutes) Near shops and busy streets for evening shopping and restaurants

TV menu is all in Korean , so practice your Korean before going there or upload translating apps. (but are not there to watch TV, right?)

Friendly, helpful staff. Instructions in english and korean. Room was very stylish. Easy walk to metro or city busses. The instructions said the staff could help with understanding local transportation. I didnt need this, but it would be nice for people unfamiliar with getting around in Seoul.

Aircon struggled to keep up, but it was an insanely hot week in Seoul.

Everything was good. Nice and clean room, fast internet.

It was great…Spacious room, clean and tidy up. The facility looks new. The location is convenient to go around with bus station and nearby good & reasonable restaurants. The Staff were very friendly. I got experience that their cleaning team misunderstood my gift as trash and throw away. But they were very friendly and responsible to find out again for me, and they even paid the compensation. Actually I didn’t want it happened to get the compensation because my gift becomes dirty and ugly:( but anyway, I appreciated your help and professionalism. I will come back to choose and stay your hotel again :)

Conveniently close to the metro, shops and restaurants in walking distance. Large room and everything needed close at hand. Free bottled water provided in the lobby, too.

Not very centrally located in Seoul, but still very accessible by train. The lighting in the room was a bit odd and could have used a reading lamp by the bed.

The was quite good overall. The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, making it easy to get around. The room was small but clean and tidy. They provided free water and amenities, which added a nice touch to the stay. The staff were polite and helpful.

Poor ventilation, bathroom doors need some improvement

Staff was really friendly and helpful. The location is great since it's a short walk from the bus and subway station and very silent at night, we were able to sleep great. The room was very clean and neat.

Location is fantastic ! Rooms are beautiful and spacious! The bath tube is amazing 😍

The bathroom sink made very loud noises during the night when our neighbors were using them.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleaning was good, nothing was smelly, the sheets were clean. We were given a small bag with necessities (such as tooth brush, even scrunchie for women!)
