This was such an amazing stay! Spacious room, comfy bed, great location right bang in the middle of Myeongdong. Staff were super efficient friendly, attentive and professional. There's a self service laundry room which is available 24/7; very handy when you get back after a whole day in the Seoul heat. Myeongdong is an extremely busy area, and the hotel has 2 major fried chicken franchises right in front so the street is noisy. Yet the isolation is great! I had to open the window to realise the havoc of the neighbourhood. The night market is literally around the corner, which, as a solo traveller I really appreciated as it provided with fast and yummy Korean street food ans saved me from having to find a restaurant to sit alone :) I highly recommend this hotel!

I booked 3 rooms in December 2024 for check in on April 6. However, the views in all rooms are blocked.

What a gem. This hotel's unbeatable location right at the night market is a major highlight. It's incredibly convenient - one bus ride from the airport, with the stop only a 3-minute walk away. The staff were simply marvelous, accommodating us with an early check-in and assisting in arranging a taxi for our early flight. The rooms themselves were fantastic, offering comfort and style. A superb choice for travelers seeking convenience and exceptional service.

Breakfast was more than what we expected. The staff delivered a 5 Star customer service approach every day without fail. They were courteous, attentive and genuine. The food was delicious and healthy which left us wanting to return daily. The location was centralized and convenient which fit all and more of our needs throughout our stay. Our room was perfect! Not too big and not too small, JUST RIGHT. The laundry facility was convenientIy located on the top floor which allowed us to wash & dry our clothes, before leaving to our next destination on our trip.

Spacious room, clean, nice amenities - Dyson hair dryer was a bonus, free mini bar goodies everyday! Rooms have an air purifier and temperature control is really good. Facilities were great - the coin laundry and dryer were well priced and well maintained. Location is great - right in the heart of Myeongdong - a little hard for taxis to get to but easy to find another location. Not all things are in your room, but a everything e.g. iron and ironing board are just a phone call away. Cleaning staff were amazing and very efficient!

Lighting could be a bit brighter in rooms , other than that, this far exceeds my expectations as a first time visitor to Seoul.

What i loved: - Comfortable bed ( a bit firm mattress compared to European standard, but it wasn’t an issue for me ) - Theater moody ambiance - Very modern and clean - Japanese toilet! - My room was facing the restaurants and it was super quiet in the room, no noise whatsoever. - The staff were very professional and kind - Good Wi-fi - Free minibar stocked daily

What could be better / side notes: - The outlet on the right side of the bed wasn’t working - The AC makes loud noise if you adjust it below 20. - Hotel restaurant was closed for renovation - Only one elevator and its slow sometimes - The entrance gets really crowded at night due to the bars and restaurants infront - Not all Uber’s and taxis are able to drop you or pick you up from the entrance, you need to walk 2 min to the nearest main road

One of the best restaurants I ate at on our South Korean trip. We had a multi-course supper and also breakfast was very very good. The hotel was founded by a famous local movie star and a few eccentric and quirky aspects must be down to this (i.e. there is a small exhibition that shows the life of the actor). Altogether there was a mood that the hotel is more than a mere business and guests' comfort is valued very highly (e.g. we were not able to book train tickets, two employes helped us although the process took a long time, and eventually paid the tickets from the hotel accounts that we then repaid, they raced with us to the exit to make sure we got the taxi in time, etc.) a great culinary and human experience.

I stayed in a twin room for 4 nights. Very close to Euljiro station (line 2), around a 3-minute walk, I took the line 2 the most. It is also walking distance to Myeondong Station (line 4) and City Hall Station (line 1), both within 7-10 minutes. In short, super convenient. Clean room. Molten Brown toiletries. Netflix. Slippers. Dyson hair dryer. Big tub with bath salt. Warm toilet seat. Free minibar refilled daily. The food at the restaurant on the 6/F was very good. I tried their set dinner once, not cheap, but both the food and the service were good, worth the money paid. I stayed on the 3/F facing a building with a row of eateries on the G/F. It could be noisy for a light sleeper if the window is opened. As I stayed during the summer, the window was closed, and the A/C was turned on. We could still hear some street noise from the bed closer to the window, but at an acceptable level. We slept well every night when we stayed there. Before the trip, I struggled choosing between Metro, Westin, and Ibis. Glad that I made the right decision.

The basin was connected to the sleeping area without any separation, no wall or curtain. It could be an issue if some value privacy high.
