While this hotel offers basic, inexpensive rooms, we have never been disappointed with the service, cleanliness, and room amenities. There is power for both Korean and US gadgets. The beds are comfy. The shower room has everything you need. Great value for the money.

The buttons and doors are electronic and you can use your key card to enter. The location is phenomenal as it is right beside namsan park (the traditional wall from the korean dramas) the park and path are 5 mins away. The location is walking distance to Seoul station too. Wish i had stayed here before now. The staff were friendly too.

The room was mostly clean but not spotless. The shower room is a little dated and doesn't match up with the contemporary feel of the building. Also no toiletries like toothbrush or toothpaste. I would be happy to pay more for the room and receive toothpaste. Hate having to buy a full tube just for a night stay.

Staff are polite, self-check-in and check-out are possible, location is good, 10 minutes walk to Myeongdong

No disposable slippers.

I liked the self service check in and out. I also liked the basement cafe that had cold water, laundry facilities and dishes.

The bathroom walls in the hotel room were see through. It made things awkward! Please make the bathroom glass more opaque.

The location is amazing, also we liked the cooking facilities.

Great location - very close to Seoul Station, and yet very quiet. Check in was easy, especially since I arrived after the registration desk had closed. I liked the fresh air from the window.

I couldn't get the wifi to work, despite following the instructions in my room.

Close to the metro station, self check in, staff was helpful.

Small single room, but at least I have a safe & quiet nights.
