This is an ideal spot if you need to just stop for the night in Seoul (so much so we stopped off twice on two occasions!). Its about 30min walk from Seoul station and near a metro if you don't want to. The room (we had the double room) is 'compact' but enough for two people and their rucksacks. Breakfast is simple but filling. Its no frills, clean and tidy. The staff are lovely and were happy to look after our luggage if we weren't leaving Seoul until later on.

Ask for the air con remote control from reception if they don't offer it to you - so you can turn it off at night if you need to as it makes a noise (obvs). Please note it is on the the 10th floor and you have to take a lift once you find the door to the block - not obvious in the comms.

The location was good and the size of the room was also completely sufficient. The staff was very kind and their service was excellent.

The wifi didn't work sometimes even when there were multiple to choose from. It can also be quite loud because you can hear other guests in the hallway or in the other rooms. I didn't have that much of a problem because I had my ear plugs but it can be annoying for others.

The Guesthouse is located near Hoehyeon metro station. adaptor and light bulb provided in the room. Laundry service is available in the afternoon. Luggage can be stored in the morning before 3 pm check in and after check out until 8 pm

The entrance lock at late night, need password to open. This is a good security but once I back to guesthouse at 11 pm, the lock seem no response. I cannot enter the password, Fortunately someone go outside and open the door.

Hosts! Cheerful, positive, approachable. The location is superb, walking distance to everything (metro, myeongdong, lotte shopping mall). There's a lift, so no struggle going up and down. There's an AC and a heater in the room, mini fridge and a TV. Hot water in the shower, water dispenser in the common area, simple breakfast in the morning and a bed- everything that a budget traveler needs. If you're exploring the city and only sleep in the room - I recommend the place. Lovely hosts, keep up the good work 👏

Wish it was possible to ventilate the rooms by opening windows, but they are fixed. Also wish the pillow cases were of a different material.

Location was the main reason why I chose this place. The room was just enough for a solo traveler, but maybe not with a medium to large sized luggage. Bathroom was great, hot water was really hot which I appreciated.

The only thing I can complain about was the free breakfast was gone before 10 am. I left the room at around 9:40-9:45 AM and the food was gone. Maybe the refrigerator in the room can be left on even when away for the day, but I understand if that cannot be done. I just personally prefer cold drinks even on a cold day.

Strategic location. Rather than staying in Myeongdong which always crowded with people, this location is much better. Just one station away from Myeongdong. Also, it is very near to subway & bus (including airport bus) station. The room itself is very comfortable. They also provided adapter for Korea plugpoint which was very handy because ours didn’t fit. Overall, I love this place and would stay here again in future

The staff is super nice and the breakfast was great. You can feel that this place is made with heart. It's very simple but it's cheap. And for the price it is, I think it's a great deal.

They will stop doing breakfast soon, and I think it's because people complain about it. Imagine... People complaining about a free breakfast...

location was good. near subway station. near shopping area. really like it

have no kitchen and out side food was not allowed to eat at the guesthouse. It is quite problematic for Muslim travelers when we have to go out far to eat and the food cannot be brought back to the room. every time had to go out to eat even when the weather didn't allow it

The staff was really nice and easy to communicate with. The location is really good and the room is just right for two people. Thank you so much!

This is not the fault of the place, but some of the guests don't know how to follow the rules (although the rules are explained when you come and you can read them at any time), especially at night when staff is not around.

This place is very clean and it’s in a central area that is walking distance to so much cool stuff, and if you want to take the train, it’s literally right outside of the building! Free coffee in the morning with toast and cereal! Thank you :) I will stay here again

My fridge in room 1008 didn’t work lol but it’s okay! I’m sure it’s an easy replacement.
