Great hotel. Very clean and confortable. The breakfast is excelent, with lots of variety and quality. The location is very good, right in front of line 4 metro station and 10 minutes easy walk to Seoul Station and to Myeondong area. Rigth in front of Namaedum Market.

Some small things can be better - The ventilator in the bathroom is a little bit noisy. The bathroom should have another light that does not starts the ventilator. The motion light in the entrance of the room is not a good idea.

A bar is missing

the staff was really nice. the room was new and well furbished . the location next to the historical city center. 1 mn from the shuttle bus to the airport and 2 mn walk from the station. I will definitely book this hotel again

Comfortable bed and very helpful staff. Nice bar and coffee and tee drawer included in price. Close to shopping area and not far for most attractions.

Central AC not great decision. Mostly the room was too warm and opening the window to get fresh air not ideal if you want to sleep a the noisy surroundings. Decor nice but the stickers on the wooden surfaces makes it look a bit cheap.

The hotel is very well located: the metro station is just downstairs, and all the main attractions are within walking distance. The breakfast was generous and varied, served in a pleasant setting. What we especially appreciated was being in a calm and enjoyable environment. We had requested a room facing the courtyard, which provided a peaceful atmosphere. The room had two separate, very comfortable beds with high-quality bedding. It was spacious enough for two people with their luggage. The staff were friendly and very responsive throughout our stay.

The room was light, super clean with all the facilities one can need and nice view to the N-Soul Tower. The beds are comfortable and big enough with super large quilts and two pillows. A capsule coffeemachine with coffee pods and tea bags supplemented every day. Free minibar consisted of bottled water, soda, orange juice, cola and sprite. For the breakfast, there were a plenty of possibilities including soups, stews, kibimbap and continental varieties. The pool was nice, small, just enough to calm down after a day. Towels, hair and body sampoo, body milk provided. Swim cap mandatory, also provided free of charge. The staff is nice. Laundry service provided (bit expensive). Metro and bus stop in front of the hotel. Paid early check-in possible. The photos on the website are appropriate.

In addition to its great location between Seoul and Myeongdong stations, the hotel is exceptional because the buses stop in front of the door, which is a minute walk from the subway entrance. For breakfast, the buffe restaurant had enough choices, and there is a Burger King in the hotel. The hotel arranged the two rooms that we reserved so that they are as close as possible. I really appreciate that they made an effort to deal with my stuff that I mistakenly left at the hotel.

They don't have a laundry facility. They told me that they have some services to deal with the laundry, but I wonder if it works as quickly as doing it myself.

The location is great, not too far from the center and Myeongdong. There’s a bus stop right in front and a subway station right next to the hotel. Also the Namsan Cable Car is a short walk away, so it’s super convenient! The breakfast buffet is good(different types of bread^^), they changed some things day to day. The beds are super comfy and our room was nice and quiet. The staff are all kind and helpful, they made a reservation for transport to the airport for us. Overall the hotel is clean and great.

The 30min wait for breakfast at peak hour was slightly inconvenient, however when we went a bit earlier there was no line. Also, the cleaning lady insisted on cleaning the room even though we had just checked in and gotten to our (clean?) room. And then had to come inside to call reception, which was odd. The bathroom door of one of the rooms didn’t close properly and slid back open, but that’s only a minor inconvenience.

While the location of the hotel is excellent, being very close to Myeong-dong, Namdaemun Market, and Seoul Station, the fact that the garage was not free for guests was a significant shortcoming during my stay. Offering complimentary parking would make the overall experience even better.
