Great hotel. Very clean and confortable. The breakfast is excelent, with lots of variety and quality. The location is very good, right in front of line 4 metro station and 10 minutes easy walk to Seoul Station and to Myeondong area. Rigth in front of Namaedum Market.

Some small things can be better - The ventilator in the bathroom is a little bit noisy. The bathroom should have another light that does not starts the ventilator. The motion light in the entrance of the room is not a good idea.

the staff was really nice. the room was new and well furbished . the location next to the historical city center. 1 mn from the shuttle bus to the airport and 2 mn walk from the station. I will definitely book this hotel again

Comfortable bed and very helpful staff. Nice bar and coffee and tee drawer included in price. Close to shopping area and not far for most attractions.

Central AC not great decision. Mostly the room was too warm and opening the window to get fresh air not ideal if you want to sleep a the noisy surroundings. Decor nice but the stickers on the wooden surfaces makes it look a bit cheap.

The room was light, super clean with all the facilities one can need and nice view to the N-Soul Tower. The beds are comfortable and big enough with super large quilts and two pillows. A capsule coffeemachine with coffee pods and tea bags supplemented every day. Free minibar consisted of bottled water, soda, orange juice, cola and sprite. For the breakfast, there were a plenty of possibilities including soups, stews, kibimbap and continental varieties. The pool was nice, small, just enough to calm down after a day. Towels, hair and body sampoo, body milk provided. Swim cap mandatory, also provided free of charge. The staff is nice. Laundry service provided (bit expensive). Metro and bus stop in front of the hotel. Paid early check-in possible. The photos on the website are appropriate.

The location is great, not too far from the center and Myeongdong. There’s a bus stop right in front and a subway station right next to the hotel. Also the Namsan Cable Car is a short walk away, so it’s super convenient! The breakfast buffet is good(different types of bread^^), they changed some things day to day. The beds are super comfy and our room was nice and quiet. The staff are all kind and helpful, they made a reservation for transport to the airport for us. Overall the hotel is clean and great.

The 30min wait for breakfast at peak hour was slightly inconvenient, however when we went a bit earlier there was no line. Also, the cleaning lady insisted on cleaning the room even though we had just checked in and gotten to our (clean?) room. And then had to come inside to call reception, which was odd. The bathroom door of one of the rooms didn’t close properly and slid back open, but that’s only a minor inconvenience.

While the location of the hotel is excellent, being very close to Myeong-dong, Namdaemun Market, and Seoul Station, the fact that the garage was not free for guests was a significant shortcoming during my stay. Offering complimentary parking would make the overall experience even better.

Very rich international breakfast, with many options for different meals (vegetarian, non vegetarian). The staff is always honest and happy to chat with you and give any information you may need during your stay. Also, the metro station Hoehyeon is very close.

On weekends the queue to wait out of the hotel restaurant is enough long. You may need to wait up to 10 minutes to entry into the restaurant and get your breakfast. And it is not nice, in the case you want to get breakfast and then leave at 10:30 for any reason.

The hotel has only been open for a few weeks when we stayed there and everything was impeccable. The location is great as it’s opposite a market and a few minutes walk from the Myeong-dong shopping district.

The family room sizes are generous with everything one could need for a comfortable stay. Everyone was delightful l, from the housekeeping ladies to the front staff, they tried their best to cater to our needs. The 24 hour convenience store is a great touch.

Great location, close to train stations, shops and restaurants. Room was spacious and clean. Had an amazing view of Namsan tower. Staff were amazing and very helpful. The limousine bus stops right in front from the airport. Just opposite Namdaemun Market and 10min walk to Myeongdong Night Market.

You can’t control the air-con. It’s set to a certain temperature which was too warm for me. You had to open the window and the controls was at the top which I had to stand on top of the couch to reach.
