Great location, near Seoul main train station and metro lines. Several city bus lines right out front, including one airport bus line. Nearby coffee shops, grocery and restaurants. The Premier room was amazing value for size. Stocked kitchen, nice bathroom. Wall plugs were SK with one North American outlet

Good luck figuring out how to work air conditioning, it is an electronic Korean panel that will just leave you guessing and constantly adjusting BUT it works, great, you will not be hot. Nice rooftop lounge and spa. Parking available under hotel

Very clean, very spacious room conveniently located within walking distance of the City Hall subway station. There were plenty of restaurants and eateries in the vicinity of the hotel, and Myeongdong was quite nearby too (about 10-15 mins walk). Aircon can be controlled individually from each room.

Excellent location in the City Hall neighborhood. Within walking distance to City Hall station (lines 1 and 2, Hoehyeon station (line 4) and across the street from Namdaemun. The Premier rooms have a combo laundry machine and a drying rack. Onsen, sauna and fitness center available from 6a - 10p. Hotel has shuttle service to and from Seoul station in the afternoons. Also twice daily tour shuttle for transit to popular neighborhoods like Myeongdong, Dongdaemun, Insadong, etc. Hotel may also accommodate after midnight check in and has provisions for 2 hour and possibly 4 hour (with fees) late check out if available. These services are very valuable for early morning or late night flight schedules. The Premier Twin room was set up with 2 twins and a TV tucked into an area that is partially enclosable with sliding doors. There is a living area with a sofa, TV and a kitchenette with sink, mini stove, dishwater, flatware, pots for cooking and a hot water pot. There was no coffee machine so we used single serve drip packages from the market and single serve coffee filters from Daiso with our own coffee.

Location near City Hall so frequent political demonstrations on the street in front of hotel. Half of the major thoroughfare is shut down to traffic and barricaded for the “organized” event. Lots of police presence during these events. Noise was not an issue for us as they clear it out by mid-afternoon. However, the street closures hamper traffic flow and taxi access.

Clean and well located hotel. The staff was nice, professional, and accommodating. Yelena and Estelle were exceptional.

The only drawback was if your room is on the 15th floor under the gym and someone is running on the treadmill it can be like a bass drum. This probably affects maybe 3 rooms. It is liveable if need be.

Absolutely loved the spacious room, the living area was perfect to have some night snacks from the nearby markets (Namdaemun!). It was very clean and very cozy especially in the cold weather. The location of the hotel was great too! It's a short walk from City Hall station (take exit 7) and Namdaemun is nearby, go through it and it's Hoehyeon station (next stop Myeongdong). And behind the hotel, there's tons of eateries at night! Great if you wanna have some bbq or ramyeon with some grilled meats.

We saw reviews talking about protests and experienced one ourselves. It can get quite loud but they usually disperse by 9pm. So if you're out most of the day, it should be okay! Ohoh, the mini fridge disconnects when the key card is taken out so bear this in mind if you are storing anything in the fridge.

Overall it was alright. Tried to upgrade to a room with a washer dryer upon arrival (we were willing to pay extra) but was immediately told there wasn't any. Checked online booking platforms after getting the room keys which all showed there was availability. We did not approach reception again as we were tired. We used hotel laundry service and also a coin laundry place about 20 min walk away. Room was quite spacious and comfortable, esp if you have large suitcases. Stayed for 6 nights but desk and other surfaces were not wiped down during daily cleaning.
