Absolutely loved the spacious room, the living area was perfect to have some night snacks from the nearby markets (Namdaemun!). It was very clean and very cozy especially in the cold weather. The location of the hotel was great too! It's a short walk from City Hall station (take exit 7) and Namdaemun is nearby, go through it and it's Hoehyeon station (next stop Myeongdong). And behind the hotel, there's tons of eateries at night! Great if you wanna have some bbq or ramyeon with some grilled meats.

We saw reviews talking about protests and experienced one ourselves. It can get quite loud but they usually disperse by 9pm. So if you're out most of the day, it should be okay! Ohoh, the mini fridge disconnects when the key card is taken out so bear this in mind if you are storing anything in the fridge.

The hotel was a decent location. Close to subway and buses meters from the front door. What was a nice surprise was their spa facilities. It was something I wasn’t looking for when I booked however it was a pleasant surprise to see Japanese like sento/onsen style hot baths and sauna. Amenities were spotless and were segregated between male and female. Staff were very friendly and always willing to assist. When I return to Seoul, this will be my hotel of choice.

There wasn’t anything I disliked. If anything, I think their breakfast price could be lower as I would have eaten there if it wasn’t for the prices. There were however cafes nearby where I grabbed a sit down breakfast for half the price.

Overall it was alright. Tried to upgrade to a room with a washer dryer upon arrival (we were willing to pay extra) but was immediately told there wasn't any. Checked online booking platforms after getting the room keys which all showed there was availability. We did not approach reception again as we were tired. We used hotel laundry service and also a coin laundry place about 20 min walk away. Room was quite spacious and comfortable, esp if you have large suitcases. Stayed for 6 nights but desk and other surfaces were not wiped down during daily cleaning.

+ The location is great, i think it can’t be better than this. It takes only 5 minutes to the subway, 15 minutes to Myeongdong and the Palast. But it’s still not that touristy. + amazing view! + there is a sauna. Well we have been there only once but it still a +. + fresh towels and water every day.

- Some furniture was old. But it didn’t bother us at all as we spent most of the day outside. - the light in the entrance of the room turned on anf off automatically even if we were in the bathroom. It was quite annoying. - it is loud though because the traffic is really busy, so ear plugs are must have.

Comfortable rooms, good gym, very good breakfast, kind staff and great location.

Haven’t been able to receive a bill for my stay which is difficult for me to understand as I usually always get it upon check out and without it I can’t deduct the expense.

We booked the Premier Room with a washing machine that also dries our clothes and comes with laundry detergent and I must say, this is by far the most convenient hotel that I have ever stayed in on top of everything else as mentioned below: - Staff are extremely helpful. - Room came with all the utensils that we can expect from an apartment style hotel. Did I mention all the space that comes with it? - Free access to the gym on the 16th Floor with sufficient facilities. - Restaurant on the 1st Floor and Bar on the 16th Floor. Also, a special thank you to staff member Jinny, who helped my mom when she was sick. She quickly analyze the situation by asking questions about my mom's symptoms (my mom had a bad cough), gave us clear instructions on where to go (which was go to 맑은숲 이비인후과 on the 13th Floor of the Yuwon Building, walking distance from the hotel in case anyone needs to know). Cannot thank her enough for her help that day. If you see this Jinny, thank you again from me and my mom from Australia.

The room was very spacious with a living room so we had space to rest separate from the bedroom and put our luggage. There was plenty of storage if you wanted to unpack your bags. The location was quite convenient, just across from Namdaemun Station. It's only a short walk to Myeongdong as well. The gym was large with free weights and machines. There were lots of restaurants around the area where locals frequent.

There were lots of protests during the time we were there due to the impeachment which is no fault of the hotel's. Luckily, they stopped before 9PM but it was pretty loud during the day and disruptive if you wanted to catch buses or taxis.

Property was next to a lot of food establishments, subway exits, and a foreigner friendly medical clinic. Staff were very accommodating and gave us recommendations on what to do in Namdaemun. Queen sized bed was comfortable

A few of the tiles on the floor were either cracked or loose.

Great property, we came here after a nightmare experience at Zest Homes aka Majestic Seoul Stay Central which is in the back alley of this property surrounded by adult strip clubs. This property is on a main street and has a proper entrance with a reception. We had a Premier room which had a separate bedroom with a sliding door. The living area was spacious with sofa and coffee table. There was even a dining table with kitchen that had a washer/dryer. I would stay here again as an alternative to hotels or for extended stays. This is a proper condotel done right.

A bit on the pricey side but considering you get more it's not a bad deal.

Defo value for money since it’s a business hotel stay. Room and washroom were clean (although I had a mosquito in my room the last night, might be cause of a low level room). Even before my check-in, the hotel staff kindly helped to stow my luggage for a few days. This helps for people travelling to Busan or Jeju for a couple of days. The hotel also had a really nice umbrella that they loaned to each room (just remember to bring it back, don’t be like me or you will have to pay 25k for it). When it came time for check-in, the staff that helped me with check-in made the entire process seamless and stress-free. He and another staff, Estelle were professional and gracious in assisting with my luggage on multiple occasions, always with a smile and a willingness to help beyond what was expected. Estelle was also always really sweet the multiple occasions I needed assistance with storing and checking out my luggages. Thank you!
