The location is great! Full of restaurants and street shopps. Rooms were clean and spacious enough for us. As an overall very good experience! There is a girl who works at the lounge (2nd floor)- May. She is amazing! She took her time and even with language barrier, she tried and helped us out a lot!

I highly recommend at least one really high level of English speaker per shift at reception. As much as I like and want to speak Korean, I can not learn it that fast. For me it is a holiday for you it's business and exactly in the situation that occurred with reception I spent my money outside your hotel instead of in it. Also, it would have been the best if someone at reception had warned us that there would be 3 men entering our room (2 female guests) to bring new furniture. As a hotel owner (which I am), I would have waited for the guests to at least leave the room.

The room was spacious (enough to fit an extra child's bed without feeling overly crowded), and it had a great view! The room was clean and smelled nice. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, which is a personal plus for me^^

We saw a lot of tour groups (from the US) and flight attendants at the hotel, so it's not necessarily a family-friendly hotel, which we didn't realize because Courtyard Marriott hotels in the US often cater to both business and family clientele. **However, for a business client-based hotel, I thought the hotel staff were very kind and accommodating to our rather large family party, which included two toddlers and several grandparents.

I stayed with my family for ten days,, the hotel atmosphere was extremely calm and cosy. Outside the hotel were many cafes and there is a small grocery next by. The namdaemun walking market is across the road, the three Lotte malls were ten minutes walk. The mayengdong market and night market were 15 minutes away. The bed was comfortable and the ac was cold. The room was spacious and the room service was great. I just didn’t know how to get them to change our sheets every day. Apparently there were some card or something to place on the bed. The elevators were adequate. No real concierge to carry your luggage sometimes as we carried our own. Very excellent concierge service in terms of booking taxi. Very friendly and welcoming staff. They are used to all kind of people as the hotel accustom many nationalities. You really feel at ease staying there. It is clean and updated. There was a nice palace in front of the hotel. I guess some rooms had that view. But our was facing an office building which was a bit uncomfortable sometimes. But I have picked an extra large room which was larger than most other hotels in Seol so i guess I could compromise. There is always noises coming from the street but it was well isolated and didn’t disturb our sleep. The shower is very magnificent and powerful. We didn’t have breakfast there as it was beyond our budget but I ordered a room service and it was fulfilling. I wanted to try the momo cafe located in the hotel but didn’t get the chance unfortunately. I would recommend it and would stay there again definitely.

All the employees we met were very professional. i was unfamiliar with calling cabs. first floor desk call cabs for us and gave us a price range in Won on how much we should expect to pay the driver.

The hotel is fantastically located. Most touristic attractions are within walking distance of the hotel, and the metro is just next to the hotel. I highlight the quality of the breakfast, which is superior. A lot of variety; international food but also delicious local plates, and the quality is great. It is definitely worth it to stay in a room on a high floor and looking to the city or the mountain. Other rooms are facing the building next to the hotel, not with a very nice view, so I suggest you always ask for those two options. It is a great hotel, and I will come back the next time I visit Seoul.

My only complaint is that I suggest extending a bit the breakfast hours. Some people like me are not going for business, but for vacation. The waitresses start pushing at 9:45, and are not flexible with the people who stay after 10. Hence, that bothered me because it happened a couple of times. Other than that, all was good.

The hotel location is very convenient for tourists. Near famous markets and popular restaurants. Near some tourist attractions and can be go by walk. The hotel staff is quite friendly and supportive to guests.

Usually the hotels I stay at are high-end hotels with more complete amenities. Maybe it's because of the culture, so I was surprised when I checked in without a toothbrush, toothpaste... I think customers may not use it or use it, but the hotel should have it in the guest room so it will be more convenient.

The location of the hotel is very strategic close to all the main tourist destinations. The room was nice, comfy and clean, but the most spectacular thing is a client-oriented approach of the hotel managers. We were surprised that on the day of my husband's birthday we found the wine bottle and small present. And moreover, after the bday night we found anti hangover pills that were very important at that moment for my husband :) thank you very much for this!

Everything about this hotel was great - the breakfast buffet was delicious, staff were very helpful especially providing information about local transport and places to visit, room was great (clean, and lovely view of Namsden Park), the location was close to everything. Felt very comfortable in this hotel and we really enjoyed our stay here. We are vegetarian and the breakfast staff went out of their way providing food we could eat. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was great but it was a little pricey.

We found the hotel staff very responsive to any enquiries we sent before our stay, upon check in as we had missed the club room time, we were given a bottle of wine and a bag of snacks. We had booked a junior suite and the room exceeded our expectations, spacious, clean, well laid out and a great view of Namsam Tower. Breakfast was excellent with a large variety of choices and these were changed daily. The hotel has a self-serve laundry which was great as it allowed us to be able to do some washing. The location was excellent, across the street from Namdaemun Market and a 5-minute walk to Myeongdong and Seoul City Hall. There was also an excellent cafe right out front and a GS25 convenience store very close by. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here.

We had a standard American toilet in the room, but we would have preferred a Korean standard toilet.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Seoul! The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with all the facilities we needed. The location was absolutely superb — close to everything yet peaceful. Given all this, the price felt very reasonable.

If I had to mention one small downside, it would be the room service which wasn't particularly punctual.
