Daily make up of room and changing of towels makes it clean and less dusty.

The rooms are a little old judging from the property. Noises (such as laughing, slamming of doors from neighbours, footsteps from upstairs etc) coming from other rooms can also be heard loudly. If you’re taking the limousine bus from airport, you need to carry the luggages from bus stop to cross the underpass (with flight of staircase) and walk up the slope before reaching the hotel. Do consider taking a private car if there’s not many luggages.

Once inside the doors, the staff were very helpful and supportive. Ability to exchange currency, bus limousine airport transport facility.

Incheon international airport requires the bus stop and not the name of the hotel, the staff at the information desk produced a card in my face which stated do not provide hotel name as it is not accurate and can be easily confused with another similar sounding hotel name. Instead they require the bus stop number in front of or nearest to the hotel. As an international traveller, I believe the bus stop number should be provided on the booking confirmation email, with instructions to provide that number to the information desk for immediate assistance purchasing the correct bus ticket. That would be invaluable from a customer perspective. Many thanks in advance!

The location is very convenient! You can easily walk to Namdeamun market, Seoul Station, Myeongdong and enough busses and metro to all the main sights seeings. There are wasmachines and dryers for only 4000KRW (big Samsung one that washes within 35minutes) Free machine lockers which is handy if you have a late flight Bus 6001 to Incheon stops just down the street and there is a WOW machine to exchange money and top up the card

Some staff were not very friendly The walls in the room could use a paint Bathroom had a faint smell

Locker system didn’t work according to notice, e.g. notice mentioned each locker usage is for 24 hrs, but our experience showed that locker was re-possessed before the 24 hrs is up. Breakfast buffet menu features little or no change over our stay. In fact, the menu has remained unchnged as compared to our previous stay in Oct 2023, except for the introduction of the “ramen” station.

The staff is so kind and willing to think with you and look for solutions. The professionalism is outstanding. I was also impressed by the staffs ability to speak English very clearly. The beds are super comfortable and the showers have great waterpressure! Everything I needed was available at the hotel, and if not there's multiple 24/7 grocery stores very close to the hotel. From this hotel I could do everything I wanted in by foot. Everything is in walking distance, although there's an underground stop nearby and bus stops as well. I highly recommend this place.

Location is walking distance to several tourist attractions like Namdaemun Market and Myeongdong and Lotte Department Store.

Rooms are not as spacious...but it wasn't bad.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the location. Away from noisy traffic and close to subways and the street market.

Wish we could control our own AC temperature.

Buffet breakfast was excellent, lots of food variety to choose from.

One of the rooms I booked has bathroom issues, bidet was not working all the time and shower head was not working. However the staff fixed the shower head when we reported it. Not all the staff are approachable and helpful.

Second time staying in this hotel for me. Still the same positives - great location, friendly staff, nice, clean, and decently spacious room. Overall, it is good value for the money.

I had some trouble getting my room cleaned in the beginning (the hotel was visibly very busy), but after talking with the front desk, that was fixed instantly. Otherwise, the Internet connection to the tv was very unstable. I had to play around with the cable to fix it very often. I had no problems with the Wi-Fi

Property was close to shopping and great food places.
