the rooms were very clean and comfortable. the housekeeping ladies were very friendly and cleaned our room very thoroughly every day. i loved that the room had individual AC controls, and multiple light options. the AC system was very strong as well, a must during the korean summer. the room is kind of tight, but is manageable. the staff at the front desk were very friendly as well, and it is staffed 24 hours. you can leave your bag if you check in too early or check out but have a later flight. the location is great! 10min walk to city hall station, a lot of eateries around (open till late as well), many convenience stores in the vicinity as well. there were 3 seperate convenience stores within a 10min walk. the hotel also has a little loading area so any taxi or rideshare you call can park and wait. in the basement, there is a large lounge area you can sit and chat or even eat a meal at. the lounge features restrooms and a printing station (although i wasn't able to get it to print)

i wish there was a microwave in room or in the lounge!

Location is excellent. Just 10 mins walk to Myeongdong market and there is a bus stop nearby for Airport Transfer Bus. There is no breakfast option but they provided microwave oven in the kitchen/lounge in the basement.

the window blind for the bathroom cannot be lowered in my room, and there is no door either to the bathroom. however the toilet is in separate room with door, so it still okay. There is also no option to control the fan speed of the air con, and it blows directly to one of the bed.

Such an ideal location! Near Myeongdong & Namdaemun so you have access to all the essential areas but minus the crowd. Few meters away from bus stop, airport bus stop and train station. The staff were nice and helpful! Room was big enough and had all the basic necessities. Love the underfloor heating - was a welcome warmth after a whole day out in the cold.

I think they have centralized heating which can be a bit of a hassle when the room gets a little too toasty. We kept a screened window open which helped a lot.

Hotel was easy to find, close to the metro station so you can walk. Room was clean and cosy, common room had all necessary equipment to prepare a meal in the late evening. Lot's of places to eat on the neighbourhood, shopping street and malls in a walk distance. Helpful stuff.

We had some minor issues with air conditioning. We could not turn off the fan and it was getting too chilly. Someone from the stuff fixed the issue while we were gone, bit then we were unable to turn the fan on again. Bit temperature was fine, so we let it be as it was.

Great location, good restaurants right next door and nearby. Staff spoke decent English and provided us with extra bottled water. There is a nice dining area downstairs with a filtered water dispenser. Bathroom was nice with big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash hanging on the wall. Room even had floor heating, toilets also had bidet and heating too.

The bathroom ventilation wasn't that great. Pillows were a bit too flat.

Location was very good, close to metro and bus stops and to Myeongdong neighborhood - but without suffering the noises of the nightlife. Nearby restaurants, bars and 7 Eleven very convenient. The room was cleaned every day, positive note for the comfortable shower!

There was no breakfast offered and no washing machine for guests, which could have been useful.

Very good location with easy access to buses and metro. It is in a quiet street, but it is also very close to convenience stores and restaurants. It was a great location to move around and visit the city. The family room was big enough. The hotel has a guest lounge with water, coffee, and a microwave that is open 24hrs. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location is excellent. Facilities are clean and comfortable. Good value for money. There is a nice guest room for convenience, but no breakfast available at hotel. Although plenty of options in the neighborhood. Room is nice and have all you need for a comfortable stay, but could have some extra space

We could not get much information from staff. Possibly challenges with English? But we manage at the end...

The hotel is located in a quiet street but nevertheless near the bus station. There are many good restaurants and shops nearby. The main tourist attractions are not far from the hotel. The hotel is new, clean and the staff is friendly.
