The location is central. It's close to a metro station and some bars, restaurants. Although the room is a little bit smaller side, it's okay for 2 person. The cleaness is very good and the shower is very nice. And the staff is very helpful. I forget a lot of money in the safe at room. They kept it for me. Thank you for their honesty.

Breakfast could be better. There are not much choices.

The location of the hotel is really good. It is close to the metro station and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Probably the fact that there is only 1 washing machine and 1 dryer does doing your laundry a bit challenging as you have to make sure you did your washing in a less busy time of the day.

Location is great. Close to city hall station, underground shopping centre and short walk to markets. Arrived late and shower not working, fixed so quickly

Breakfast not worth the money

The hotel is located in a central area, just steps away from a 7-Eleven store and several restaurants. It's also an easy walk to the city center. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. I especially want to highlight the mattress, which was incredibly comfortable and large. I want to extend a special thanks to the receptionists who promptly assisted me in recovering my lost bag from a bus. They contacted the bus company and did everything they could to help me as soon as I arrived for check-in. They also helped me arrange and book taxi drivers, which was very helpful during my first days there. I can't thank them enough for all their support. As a female solo traveler, this was my first trip, and I can confidently say that this hotel was the best choice for my initial days in South Korea.

The breakfast could have more vegetarian/vegan options and it could be more varied.

Location and spacious room. 7eleven and gs25 nearby. Neareast subway station is city hall. Myeongdong and Namdaemun market walking distance (10mins). To get to the hotel is easy from Incheon airport by taking bus 6701 stop at City hall plaza hotel and 5mins walking distance to Thomas hotel. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Requested early check in with additional charges.

Location was excellent, close to Night market, restaurants, city hall, subway. Comfortable beds, wry clean rooms with great shower & bathroom facilities. Good cafe, daily cleaning of rooms & water provided. Mini fridge & was able to open window for those that want fresh air instead of A/C. Friendly staff who are happy to help anytime.

located at the main street/centre place and many nearby restaurants. near to Gwanghamun and Gyeongbuk Palace also convenient stores like 7E on both side of hotel and GS25. all can access by bus and subway which only 3 minutes away. cleaning lady clean and change towels every morning. have a lovely stay in here. also there’s a korea post office nearby like only 2 minutes for those that over-shopping and need keep their luggage light. I posted mine by EMS (express post) only took 5 days from KR to MY. use hotel address and number (asked permission from receptionist). overall everything was great!

Location is great, near to subway,, myeongdong, namdaemun, bus stop for airport bus etc. Room is clean. Hotel has 2 sets of notes/coin operated washing machines and dryers. Can also borrow travel adapter from front desk.

From nearest city hall exit no. 7, it is by stairs. Hence, challenging if carrying luggages.

Japanese style toilet but button a bit fidly, still can't figure out flush button but it auto flush when u get off. Washing machine n dryer is around 3000 won each. The credit card payment need better explanation. Basically you actually need to press on the screen the "3000" then it will ask to ok the transaction so u press the option on the left. Then it will process the transaction n u choose Ur machine setting before you press start. Location is close to cafes, restaurants n station. If u gt big luggage then there's only elevator on exit 2 of City Hall station so u need to walk a bit further n use the crosswalks.

It's just me but the handwash bottle dispense quite a lot everytime I squeeze so I feel like it's such a waste. Pillow is too soft for me lol. But no complaints for my stay.

The hotel staff was extremely nice, helpful, and well-versed in multiple languages. Our rooms were always tended to, and the free daily water bottles were very much appreciated. There is a café conveniently connected to the lobby, but we stayed during the Chuseok holiday, so it wasn't open. Breakfast is cheap and filling, if your reservation didn't include it for free. You just have to go to the lobby and pay for your breakfast tickets there. The microwave, ice machine, and cheap laundry on the 12th floor were very useful as well. You can get laundry detergent from the vending machine in the lobby for cheap. The currency exchange machine in the lobby has a great and cheap exchange rate. There are several restaurants within walking distance and are foreigner-friendly. For more basic needs, there are three 7-Elevens around each corner of the hotel. The hotel also has a shuttle you can use. The subway entrance and bus stops are very close by, as well. Overall, this hotel was very comfortable and accommodating. I definitely recommend this hotel for those staying in or visiting Myeongdong.
