perfect location, near airport bus stop, train station and myeongdong. The owner also allowed us to put our luggage at 6th floor.

every day making food at level 6 with my friends and the owner guesthouses give me kimchi.. the owner very very good person and help me a lot.

For laundry, clothes that have been washed by machine cannot be dried directly, the clothes have to be dried first and the dried the next day.. so it takes a long time to finish drying the clothes

- excellent location, by many buses, train station and loads of food/shops - directions given by the guesthouse to find the place are accurate and easy to follow - easy check in system - room had everything you needed for what was expected. - Hot water worked well, wifi worked great, mugs, kettle, hairdryer and shower gel provided. - air con worked well - water machine so that you get free clean water whenever you want - room is small but fitted myself and my child in easily, bed was big enough - got given 4 hand towels which was fine as I bought a big towel with me

- it is not clear enough in the property policy after booking that money will be taken from your account for the amount of one nights stay. It simple says a ‘holding fee’ might be taken and returned. It needs to be made clearer that the amount of one nights stay will get taken from you around a week before your arrival and then that ‘holding fee’ is only cancelled when you arrive - having to wait for 7 days for it to return to your account. You can’t use this holding fee as part of your payment for your stay.

Great location near shops, restaurants, bars, the metro, and a bus stop. The owner provides detailed instructions on how to get there since maps can be tricky in Korea. Room is small, but has everything you could need! Drinking water provided, free washing machine, refrigerator, kettle. Everything was comfortable and clean! Host was super nice.

It’s perfect location- walking distance to Myeongdong Shopping street, Namdaemun market and underground shopping mall is just a few minutes walk, Cheonggyecheon is close, too! There are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and convenience store along the street where the hotel is. Sungnyemun Gate is pretty close, too! Love that there is an open kitchen on the 6th floor, a balcony where we could chill at night and free to use washing machine! Ahjussi is so kind and accommodating! We have witnessed how they make sure all sheets, towels, etc are washed and cleaned so cleanliness is 100% guaranteed.

Amazing staff. Very helpful and the location is beautiful. Close to public transportation and centrally located to get around Seoul. Great value for money.

There is little to complain about. There is another location with a similar name, so be aware that you are heading to the right address. Overall wonderful though.

Smooth chek in and out process. Location is great, bus stop only few steps away, subway a few minutes away. Fast response from the staff when i text asking about direction. I love how the blanket provided smell like flower. Staying only for a night and it was superb. Will come back and stay a little bit longer.

Not a fan of the blurred glass toilet wall though. Well of course not a big deal cause i stayed alone

Pros: Location - near myeongdong, seoul station, deoksugung palace, bus stop, subway station. May leave your luggage for free before check-in but should be after 9am. Free drinking water and use of the microwave. BHC next door if you're interested. Cons: can only do laundry from 7pm to 10pm so you may have difficulty availing the free laundry. Somewhat thin walls, can hear next doors if they're talking loudly. Small rest room that combines the shower and toilet.

It was very quiet in the hostel, despite that location is in the center of Myeongdong street. I liked the room, it was clean and cozy. Also we could enjoy the breakfast (toasts, juice, tea and coffee) that was included in the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful, so we felt comfortable during our staying at the hostel.

Everything was ok

the position of the guesthouse is super convenient, close to Sungmyemun and halfway - at at walking distance - between Seoul Station and Myeongdong Cathedral Please beware that the sign is a bit dim,and doesn't stand out in the crowd of neon signs that surrounds it. There are two yellow signs, one round and smaller, at ground floor, and another rectangular, taller, at the fourth floor (see attached photo). The ground floor shares the entrance with a restaurant.
