The room we got was super spacious! Everything felt clean, modern and fairly new. Beds were super comfortable! Location is absolutely fantastic with 5 minutes to Myeongdong full of restaurants and street food. There is a bus stop right by the entrance to the hotel, while the closest metro station is just 5-7 minutes away (sadly, you'll have to carry your luggage through the underground passage's stairs).

Taking a shower will surely flood the whole bathroom, so take slippers with you! One of our AC units was dripping water. It might have been just serviced as after a few hours later it started working properly. It would be 10/10, except for the fact that I felt scammed right at the beginning of our stay here. There was either a choice of paying for luggage storage (10000 KRW per item) or paying extra to enter the room earlier (it was already waiting for us!), which costed me extra ~25000 KRW. I wasn't expecting it and it's not a standard that I'm used to in South Korea. That was super disappointing...

we have to pay approx. $200 just to house our luggages which i think its too ridiculous. Felt that the management can do better than that. very disappointed.

Great location with easy access to subway lines or shopping areas. Very clean and organized, great check-in and out experiences, and the amenities were all that we needed.

We had a family room, one double bed separated by a sliding door from two single beds. It was a very good solution. But even though the room was spacious it felt smaller than it actually was because of an unnecessary large desk in the middle and a kitchen which actually was useless as it was just furniture and the cupboards didn't open. Weird. But anyway, the beds are very comfortable and everything is very clean and the whole place is very quiet.

You need to pay for luggage storage.

The location is very central, near Namdemun market and Myeongdong. Not so far to subway, city hall subway around 7 mins walking. 20 mins walking to seoul station. Easy to access, in front of the hotel has 2 bus stop left and right side. If you lazy to go to airport by train, you can stop the airport bus in front, the left side. If you wanna catch AREX train to airport, just take bus 262 or 261 to seoul station, you don't need to bring down the luggage to subway stairs. Many good eateries surrounding the hotel, especially behind the alley.

No hanging rack to dry the clothes outside, eventhough the hotel have washing machine inside the room. Have to go down to use the dryer and paid 4000 or 5000 won

Great location close to the action of Myeongdong but away from the crowd. Convenient location for airport bus to and from the airport. Lots of restaurants around, and Namaedun Market. Washer and fridge/freezer were convenient to have.

Mattresses were hard, wet bathroom has no separation from shower and sink/toilet area. Many cupboards sealed shut, no microwave

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were nice and friendly.

Bathrooms are tiny with no space to hang clothes or multiple towels! Toilet gets wet with every shower use. Doors are thin so you can hear everything going on in the corridor all times of the day. No clothing rack to dry clothes.

location is superb. didnt have bfast here. not sure if they offered. but there is the best beef soup you can get just next to this hotel! went there 3 times.

that if you are early for check in, you cannot leave your bag here. they are asking you to pay to leave your bags until check in time. and it is not CHEAP! they charge for each bag. that is just making a quick buck. 4 hrs flat rate. beyond 4hrs, u get charged extra. not happy about that at all. first time i see this being charged for. most hotels would happily store your bag.

Great location - within short walking distance to attractions such as Deoksugung Palace, Namdaemun Market, and Myeong-Dong night market. Very easy to get to the hotel from the Incheon Airport by the limousine bus - the bus stop is right outside of the hotel. Metro stations are also within short walking distance which makes it extremely convenient to get around the city. There are many cafes/bakeries/convenience stores right outside of the hotel which is another big plus. I would like to recognize Han at the front desk who is always helpful and super friendly. He always greets every guests with a big smile and he helps every guest no matter what the requests are. What a nice staff member to have on the team - He has truly made a difference on our stay.

Luggage storage before/after check-in is self-served with a fee - it would have been nice if the hotel could offer the service for free or at a reduced cost.

Excellent location - there are bus stops right outside, including the airport bus, and Seoul station is a 15 minute walk away. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the rooms was big, clean and the washing machine was very useful.

It would have been great to have some more hangers or a space to dry clothes. Also, there's a kitchen sink, but no washing equipment or towel to dry, which would have been useful.
