The hotel's location is conveniently close to the city hall (the plaza hotel) airport limousine bus stop, just an 8-minute walk away. Also wasn't a problem walking with luggages as the way to the hotel is flat. It's easy to locate, with two convenience stores within a 3-5 minute walk, and plenty of restaurants nearby. Additionally, the hotel is situated near the subway and multiple bus stops for added convenience. Staff at the reception was also very friendly and helpful, he went above and beyond to help us out with a couple of our problems/questions.

We found a bug crawling on the bed and the screen of the window wasn't closed with the window wide open when we checked-in.

small room with one small window but it's ok for me. I smelled the cooking food when open window especially in the evening (may be from the near by restaurants).

I had an extraordinary experience with the customer service at your establishment. From the moment we arrived, the attention we received was excellent. On one rainy day, the front desk clerk kindly lent us some umbrellas, which was a very courteous gesture. Our room was cleaned daily, and complimentary water was provided, which we greatly appreciated. The location is truly unique, being literally in the city center, with bus and metro stations less than a 2-minute walk away. This convenience added much value to our stay. Highly recommended.

location was excellent as it was only a few minutes walk to myeondong and city hall station! but i really got to give the staffs there a big thank you as i wasn’t feeling well and they were so kind enough to let me rest before checking out. their customer service is really a 10/10 for me! thank you for making my trip to south korea a good one! ☺️

the only issue was that the heater/air conditioner was connected to every single room so the heater accidentally got switched to the air conditioning settings overnight.

The hotel manager was super friendly and also recommended to us places that have good food. Even though the washing machine was not working in the hotel, the manager was able to source for washing machine within a short period of time and offered to wash the clothes for us! We stayed at a total of 4 hotels in Korea, 2 in Jeju and 2 in Seoul. My family concluded that the manager in this hotel was the best and the service was great! We all had a very nice stay in this hotel! Thank you, the 2 managers who were around during our period of stay, hope to see you guys again soon!

Erm, the room has thin walls, I guess? So, you can hear others outside or inside the room if they are too loud.

The two receptionists were very polite and eager to help when we needed assistance. The hallways and the reception looked very warm and welcoming and the kitchenette/cafe and the laundry machine were a great help. There are a lot of Bars and Restaurants nearby and the subway station "City Hall" is a short walk from the hotel.

The hotels entrance was pretty hard to find, so ordering food is a rather rough task. The rooms are rather small even if u book a room for 2 people so I would keep in mind that this is either a short term solution or your friendship/relationship should be on a level where u can handle and cope with the possible tensions that may occur. Also, sometimes, the drain in the bathroom really stinks 😂

Great little hotel in a perfect location really close to Myeongdong shopping street. Room was perfect me and my two friends. Big thanks to the lovely guy at the front desk who checked us in and then helped us out several times throughout our stay, moving us to a bigger room and helping us out with arranging airport transfers before we left. He was fantastic!

Friendly receptionist, they clean the room, change the towels every day. Snacks, coffee and tea available for free as well as microwave - at the reception. There's even a weight for luggage. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance as well as entrance to a subway station. Only 10 minutes walk from airport limusine Bus station. Room has AC and a small window. There is a japanese style toilet.

Room is very small - no place to put things. No closet - only two coat hangers.

the location is great, the neighbourhood is full of restaurants and bars to enjoy any kind of food, at the same time the hotel is super quiet and calm, you can not listen anything from the street. It was super clean and enough space for a couple of nights

The twin bed up has no stairs, so you have to climb by the proper desk, it is uncomfortable for let ur stuff there. It woud be great have a hook inside the shower to let the towel and dry yourself without open the door

It’s always hard for an alone trip to find an affordable yet convenient room, but this place is the one! Many places to eat around the hotel, great access to some bus stations. Will consider this place first for my next visit to Seoul.

I stared at the room with two beds placed 90 degrees, so the upper one might be difficult to climb for people with shorter legs (it’s me). Also you should note that there is a restriction of time to use laundry. Only in the daytime.
