the room was big and nice and clean! kids loved! also,!our breakfast experience was lovely. the kitchen staff were really nice and accommodating.

staff will try to help whenever they can but they placed a front desk who couldn’t speak or understand english so no help from there. i guess all smoking area in korea are outside the building but you would expect an area you can do so comfortably.

Our room has been upgraded for free. I love the shower. Unique ambiance and cool room design. Spacious, clean and fantastic location.

No disposable comb, toothbrush and toothpaste. No hotel vanity kit. No plastic bag for laundry. It would be awesome if these are also provided. Though breakfast is just fine, menu is repeated daily. We’ve stayed for few days and always the same.

The room is nice and comfy and the location of the hotel is good with plenty of restaurants around.

Be careful, when opening the address of the hotel with booking (launching into your chosen navigation app), it will bring you to another hotel close to the Bank of Korea (Money museum) instead of the actual location of the hotel!!! The proper hotel address is properly indicated on the hotel booking page, but somehow it is not the same address shown with "show on the map" and "open in my navigation app". So rather copy the following address into naver: 3F, 56, Namdaemun-ro 1-gil, Jung-gu, Jung-Gu, 04526 Seoul, South Korea Using booking, we landed more than 500m away from the hotel... We notified the employees but as I am writing this comment, the issue still has not been corrected...

The hotel is undergoing some reconstruction so the main lobby and similar places are not available but this did not cause any problems and the reception was manned 24/7. Location is very very good and the rooms are fantastic.

Since we are in downtown the neighborhood is quite noisy especially during the day and afternoon. Cleaning staff had a very hard time understanding what is needed, but they did their job so the comments is more on that they did not care much about anything.

Excellent location. Great food district of Seoul. Spotless rooms with great linen, facilities and service. Staff were very accomodating. Towels and room was serviced immaculately daily with water and coffee which was a bonus.

They only provide one access card. It’s impossible to charge your items as it closes the power. Our wifi reset daily and it was an effort to reconnect every day.

The room size at 10m2 is good enough for 2a2c. Though no wardrobe, there are spaces to hang coats. Walking distance to city hall exit 7. Nearby convenience stores, gong cha, dunkin donuts. Nearby 2 airport bus pickup locations - Westin & The Plaza, bus 6017 to incheon airport T1/T2.

Not much fast food choices nearby. Breakfast can be varied abit more, instead of fried/kimchi rice everyday, consider noodles. But still happy with simple breakfast & feel welcomed by staff at breakfast venue.

The location is superb, right in Myeongdong and close to several busses and metro lines. The room is comfortable, with good light and temperature control. The unique design of the building is also fun to explore!

Actually I don't mind this, but just a warning to others that amenities like toothbrushes are not provided for free.

Location is amazing: very close to subway and limousine bus drop-off, lot of restaurants and stores nearby. The room has a lot of space.

Our room was very close to the reception so we could hear some noise, and the room itself was a bit dark. Little bit of noise coming from th restaurants nearby. No laundry service available.

The hotel location Is awesome! I could easily go to all the main touristy attractions on foot or take the metro which is just a few minutes from the hotel. The room had a shower (no bath) which is what I wanted and I consider this as a great reason to book a room in Le Seoul Hotel (considering that most of the other hotels have only rooms with baths). The staff don't speak English but they try to communicate and help you using an app to translate the sentences. So this was not an issue. They provide you with a voucher for 1 day breakfast, and if you want you can pay (in advance) the breakfast for the other days.

The room is a bit small and the breakfast is not included in the price. I feel like you pay slightly more than what you actually get, but I don't know if it is normal to have small rooms and pay extra for breakfast in Seoul. So, it might just be the standard.
