I like that its location quite strategic! Easy to find, close to conveniece store and other shops too. And it's only one stop away from seoul station which is the main station that connect every line. The room was also just nice for me. I was late to check in (little past 11pm), but got no problem at all. So to me, it was a great experience!

Location is very convenient, nearby to airport bus stop and metro station, & got elevator. Bed enough for decent night sleep/rest, room not very spacious but adequate, facility for laundry & simple meal prep. I was allowed to enter my room early - thankful to the staff for this.
Walls are quite thin, can hear the sounds from neighbouring rooms - voices talking/laughing, hairdryer on. Make sure you have earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Towels provided are small - not body sized - works for the purpose of drying, i guess. Be careful as the warm water may suddenly turn cold during shower.

Pros: our room got upgraded from a female dorm to twin bed private room, this was really appreciated! We also were allowed to check in earlier than 3pm. This place is also super central, overlooking one of the palaces - this was the best part!
Cons: someone rang on our room doorbell at 6:30AM, not sure if it was staff or another guest.
