The location is perfect to walk around close to landmarks and shoppimg streets. The beds&pillows are very comfortable. I really got well sleep. Breakfast is very good for every taste as well.

Nobody meets you when you enter or exit the hotel and you have to walk to the reception which is located at the far end of the floor. For example nobody helped me about my luggage, because no staff at the entrance, i struggled with the luggage alone. If there would be a staff who wellcoming people at the entrance everything will be quite perfect

Great location, with many transports near including the bus to Incheon airport. The room was of a decent size and the bed was quite big and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, with a lot of offer.

Bathroom. It should get some renovation. It's a bit old and the shower was clogged taking long time to the water go down.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel President. The room was spacious, clean, and had a very comfortable mattress. We were lucky to have a great view of Seoul Tower, which made our evenings even more special. The location is fantastic—close to many sightseeing spots, shops, and public transport. The staff were incredibly polite and always eager to assist us with anything we needed. Overall, it felt like a very welcoming and convenient place to stay in the heart of Seoul.

The only downside was that one morning there was no hot water in the shower, which was a bit inconvenient. However, this seemed to be a one-time issue and did not affect the rest of our stay.

Location is fantastic, right next to the metro and a Tim Hortons next door for morning coffee. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathtub was a plus. Laundry room was great and practical.

Staff can be unhelpful sometimes stating that no help can be given at certain times in our stay. For example the tv wasn’t working and we couldn’t have help until the following afternoon. Also the gym hours were strange and meant I couldn’t use the gym. When travelling you want to use it early in the morning or later in the evening but this was not possible. Not enough toiletries/vanity kits were provided as they only left stuff for one person each day , (however we were two people) and we had to call to get more shower gel.

amazing location, the center of everything, right next to one of the main attractions, most main sightseeing you can go by foot and walk less than 30 minutes, some other attractions are a 10-25 bus ride. Staff are courteous and the hotel looks nice, a bit outdated, but great value for the comfort and location. Also, the room with Mountain view was def the way to go. They also give you 2 botles of water every day so no need to be buying water at the convenience store, but you'll likely be buying all sorts of different drinks there to hydrate yourself too, but that was a nice thing since most hotels only give you water when you first enter the room.

The hotel is located at the heart of Seoul, with the entrance to 2 metro lines at your doorstep. Although an older facility, it's well maintained from an aesthetic perspective and the stuff were nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet selection was great, too.

As mentioned above, it's an older facility and during our stay we had extremely cold temperatures. The heating in our room was struggling because the windows were old and cold air could get in. Also, there is zero soundproofing, we could hear people talking in the room right next to us.

I appreciate the Location of the Hotel in the Center of the City, near subway and near Lotte score The welcome and kindness of the Staff have been very good The room hasa very comfortable bed and a long desk with enough sockets, but no wardrobe. The spacious meeting room with a magnificent view, at the 31th floor.

I didn't like having to change lifts every day to get to the meeting room, I would have liked to be near the meeting room located on 31th floor as I was on the other side on 12th floor. The smell in the room, after the daily cleaning, is not really pleasant. It would be a good idea to change the cleaning product and/or deodorise the air conditioning. The room lacks storage space for clothes for long stays (> 7 days). I had to use the desk and bed drawers to store my underwear.

The location was good, about a 10 min walk to Myongdong shopping street. Closest station was City Hall where there was an entrance very close to the entry of the hotel. The room size was large enough for 2 people to manoeuvre around and also have our 2 suitcases fully open to access. While the room is an older style room, being built in the 70s, it keeps the theme with wood panel walls and furniture, but does not have an old smell to it. The bathroom is quite modern compared to the room itself. The breakfast was good and had some different variety each day. The gym is probably the best hotel gym ive seen, basically a full sized gym with all the equipment you'll need. The airport limousine bus stop is about a 1 minute walk from the hotel, which is very convenient!

The room at the hotel was older than I expected when arriving. The carpet on the floors had seen better days. The aircon in the room was mediocre but was sufficient for the time of year we were there, spring, around 20-23 degrees during the day and cooler at night. Not sure if it would fair during summer. Pillows were very flat and not too comfortable.

When we arrived it was raining heavily and the hotel staff assisted us with our luggage and directed us to check-in. We were in the hotel for about a week and it is really excellent. The hotel is in a great location near the City Hall and near the Deoksugung Palace, and is also within walking distance of Myeongdong Market and several metro stations and one bus stop. Next to the hotel there is a convenience store cu. The hotel itself has a laundry room with a dryer which was really convenient. The room itself was spacious with a spectacular view of Seoul, the bed was comfortable and we received 2 bottles of water every day, The staff was lovely and responded to all our requests immediately. In the first bookings we will return to this hotel on the next trip, we really enjoyed our stay there.

A small drawback - there were many social events in the town hall and the glass is not hermetic for hearing

The location was superb.Close to the metro station and also just 1 station to Seoul Main Station. There were also a lot of bus stops arround the hotel The room was big and spacious. The bathroom also. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The price/vaulue ratio were very good. They got a money exchange machine in the lobby. It was a big surprise for me but it is working and offer a resonable exchange rate.

These things are not realy bad or wrong I just mention it to help the other travellers. The stuff was active and helpful but they speak less english, so for the communication we used the google translate. The windows of the room were and older model.I think aluminium.They were less sound proof and thermal insulated what mondern technology can do but they were ok. In the bathroom there were no motorized ventilation system just a mechanical one,just a ventilation hole on the ceiling. Despite these Hotel President was an excellent choice.
