Centrally located, small but sufficient , very traditional feeling hotel near city hall. We had a 2 bdr for 7ppl. It was a bit tight but enough for sleeping. Only 1 shower, 2 toilets and 3 beds. No laundry or gym or breakfast options but very close to several coffee shops (multiple Starbucks), cafes & local Korean restaurants. Great communication with staff & very quick response which was super helpful for the little issues like turning in hot water, ordering food, getting more towels, etc.

Compact. Only 1 shower. Dinning area seating was a bit tricky for large western people. Only one small lift so very slow at check out time. No bag check /storage (but they do let you keep your bags at the reception)

The property is really clean and modern. There are wooden floors and also carpeted area. its a very interesting design and very very comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful to settle any issues that we had. Their personal chat (whatsapp/line etc) is a very convenient tool to communicate with the staff for any needs. The staff are very willing and happy to help.

Just that during winter, the air conditioning is not on and there are only 3 windows(1 in the common area and 2 windows in one of the room). the room that is furthest from the windows will feel abit stuffy and warm.

Location was fantastic. If you wanna go to Myeongdong area, Gwanghwamun, Jongro area, you can go there by walk. Super close from hotel to there. The Asian floor style dining table and traditional design was fabulous. But New building that it still had a new smell, but didn’t bother us. Staff friendly and spoke great English. Easy communication with them. We were 5 ppl group. I think this place is great for big group. The nearest station is City hall with Exit 4. But there is no lift or any escalator, thus, we used the escalator in Exit 5. Highly recommend this accommodation! I will definitely return and stay here when I visit.

Loved the location - close to two train stations (less than 5 mins walk), walking distance to sights such as Gwanghwamun Palace, less than 10 mins to Myeondong. Lots of restaurant options around the hotel. Clean and comfortable and the kitchenette had the basics that we needed for a 5 night stay. There's a lift at the hotel and the whatsapp chat to the reception staff was handy and they're very responsive.

Not much - there's only one washing machine/dryer for the whole hotel but luckily it was available when we wanted to use it. Note that rooms are cleaned once every three days (e.g. new sheets - this suited us) but towels and bins are emptied daily. Air-conditioning was controllable within our suite but it was tricky to get the right setting.

The service is excellent. Would like to give thumbs up to Jace from the front desk. We r heading to Busan and wanted to take the blueline capsule train and due to some issue we r unable to book from the website. Jace is so patient and helped us to coordinate with the tour operator. Appreciate Jace's help and we managed to enjoy our ride.

The pebble stones in the room makes it hard to walk around. It does smell a little .. hope can improve on that .

The location is good, near to 2 different subway lines

Only thing I don’t like was the hair dryer is very noisy and the wait for using the washing machine and dryer is abit long as there is only one dryer and one washing machine

The unit is brand new with comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, separate washer & dryer on floor (always free), and super helpful staff. The decor is pleasing to the eye and unit is very quiet. The price is great for the space.

Minimal windows (only 2 windows for entire 3BR/2bath unit) and low ceiling makes the place feel like an inside cruise ship room. The entry access from is from an alley. Few good dining options nearby.

It is decent size for big group or family.

I dont really like the mini “gazebo” flooring because the small pebbles and sands can be all over the places. No windows in the apartment too.

This hotel is very conveniently located, with many classic temples and shopping opportunities within walking distance. A main subway line's station around the corner, too. We had a three bedroom apartment. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and exceptionally functional. Service was very good. Very, very warm recommendation!

There really isn't anything to dislike. However, good to consider the following: - the table for eating e.g. takeway or own breakfast (there is no restaurant in the hotel) is Korean style low-legged one, where people sit on the floor. People with mobility issues may find it hard to use. - while the small kitchen is well-equipped, there is no dishwasher.

Room is clean and suitable for family. Lift available to transport the lugguages

The signboard of the property is not so obvious. Hence if you are travelling by yourself, may take a while to find. It is located on the 3rd level above a restaurant and KTV.
