This hotel really surprised me ! The room is SO big and the TV had everything. Not to mention, the incredible high ceilings and great room amenities. My favourite part was the bathroom though, the shower was so luxurious. It also has a great location! Very close to myeongdong shopping district and to many buses. It is also close to loads of restaurants and is in a very vibrant area. It was genuinely a great stay and I would absolutely stay again.

There was some noise from outside but it was out of the hotels control. If I really had to complain, the room did not have a mirror which is a little annoying if you want to do your make up or just look at yourself before leaving.

Location was amazing. We loved being across the street from Namdaemoon market. The staff was very friendly and gave lots of helpful suggestions. Love that they have coffee/tea available in the lobby and even breakfast foods in the morning. The beds were very comfortable and accommodations were great. Would definitely recommend.

The toilet area has a door but the bathroom area is open to the room, so my kids who shared a room together didn’t like that.

First the soft drinks, water and coffee machines are free flow and and free services. You can always grab a bottle of ready bottle water from the lobby before leaving the hotel to start your day in seoul. The hotels came with a big bathtubs which can fit in 3 adults easily. The hotel provides 200 over channel of cable TV and wide selections from movies, dramas to sport，etc. I stayed there when FIFA world cups kicked off and enjoyed watching match from the Hotel TV. This hotel is right in front of the nangdemun market and just a short bus ride from famous attractions like the myeongdong shopping street, seoul stations , dongdaemun shopping center and geongbeokgung palace.If you are travelling with kids, I will highly recommend you to take the bus to skip the stranous stairs climbing at the metro stations.

Getting a taxi to seoul with 2 big luggage has always been difficult in the seoul city. The hotel receptionist was kind enough to get me a taxi to the seoul station. I stayed 9 days in seoul in this hotel and I enjoyed myself. Highly recommend. However, do opt for non smoking room if travel with children. I will definitely come back to the same hotel if the price remained competitive after this excellent review. :)

The location was good there was alot of restaurants surrounding the hotel and my friends and I are big into food! The hotel itself was pretty spacious and the bathroom set up was nice! I had booked two rooms one for my three friends and one for myself and my partner. The bed was cozy and comfortable for me and we all would book here again if we ever get the Chance to go to South Korea again!

the light that is in the toilet room was broken, it didn't work so i peed in the dark. But i also didnt wanna bother the staff and tell them so i just accepted it. I didn't mind tho lol

The staff were friendly and helpful. They moved us to a nice room (upgrade?) after I mentioned that the first room had a little bit of cigarette smell. They let us use the washing machine at no charge. The location was great (near the subway) and there were restaurants nearby which were open for breakfast. The room we stayed in was very nice. I think all of us liked this hotel and would definitely consider staying here again!

Maybe because we got moved to another room at the last minute, it seemed like the bedsheets had not been changed from the previous guest. (They were dirty. ) However, when I notified the staff, they were very quick to fix it and replace them for us (and apologized). As a result of their kind and friendly attitude, our stay ended up being a very good experience.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, the housekeeper came and kept things clean. There was free coffee and water - there was even an americano machine in the lobby, which you could help yourself to at any time - that was nice! The location was also excellent - very close to bus stops and metros, so it was SUPER easy to get to.

Just one small thing - the trash bins were tiny, so we had to have the housekeeper come clean them out more often. Other than that, we have no complaints - everything was great!

The location was super close to bus stations and even the city hall train station. The staff were really friendly and helped us setup a cab to the airport as we had an early flight out. Very spacious room.

Not enough hanging spaces for clothes.

The room was good size, clean and the breakfast buffet was very good as well. I forgot an item in the room after check out but the staff kept it for me when I went back to pick it up :)

The heating was too high

The hotel staff are pleasantly friendly. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Cleanliness in our room and in the hotel is maintained throughout our stay.

wonderful hotel, clean and close to everything. the service was very nice and wonderful, always helpful. I will definitely come back to this hotel, I highly recommend it
