Everything. Excellent location in the business area of Seoul, close to the Seoul Station and several major streets. My room was on the 16th floor, the view was ok but nothing special (the tall building across was under reconstruction). The room was big, clean, with a comfortable bed and big TV. Excellent bathroom. I also used the swimming pool - and was alone there. The staff was nice, fast and efficient.

Additional payment for use of the swimming pool. The amount is not high (about Eur 12 for two hours) but this is totally unusual and should not be applied. Apart from this - nothing that I did not like.

Nice and spacious room for my family of 4. Good location for food and sightseeing. Easy access to the subway and buses. Staff spoke was nice and helpful plus spoke very good English.

I didn’t realize there was a fee to use the pool. Not a huge issue but just would like others to know in case they book this hotel on booking.com.

The hotel exceeded our expectations! Staff are kind and willing to help - they helped us to order taxis and gave us directions to places. Location wise - it's located very near Exit 9 of City Hall station (although there's a slope to climb so it can be difficult moving around with luggage) and the location is central. It is easy to go to places like Hongdae and Myeongdong either via bus or train. There's also a variety of food options + convenience store right below the hotel. The room had all the amenities we can ask for, and is spacious enough to accommodate large luggages.

While there are many buses and train options around the hotel, it can be difficult getting there as there is a slope to climb up. The hotel isn't located on the main street, and cafes below the hotel are closed during weekends (as the hotel is located in a business district) which can be inconvenient.

Rooms very clean, very well presented. Small but functional gym allowed a few workouts while away. Daily water/coffee/tea a nice touch.

The pool costs extra, this is a big disappointment and not immediately obvious on booking.com. There was no air conditioning in the gym, so very warm for workouts and the air conditioning for the rooms was average. We had some very warm weather while we were in Seoul and the air con was struggling to get the temperature of the room to where I like it (to be fair I like the room below 19 degrees).

Good location, there were plenty of restaurants and coffee shops and a CU convenience store nearby. Deoksugung Palace and Seoul Plaza were within walking distance. The room was very spacious, beds were comfortable and bathroom facilities were clean. Staff were pleasant, and the coin laundry was very handy. Overall it was a good place to stay with a toddler.

The hotel is well situation in City Hall subway station which is connected to other subway lines The staff is super friendly. I appreciated that they helped us with our requests (they even put a letter under the door to give some updated news, which is amazing. I have never seen that before!). Towels, slipper, soap are changed everyday. New bottles of water everyday I appreciate the technology used like pushing a button inside the room to tell "make room / do not disturb" instaed of having to put a paper outisde the front door of the room. The is a nice bakery shop where we used to going for breakfast close to the hotel

You need to leave on exist 9 at City Hall which is pretty long walking distance in the subway... There are not electric sockets close to each bed, so you better bring a multi plug to connect several things at the same time...

Best location in Seoul CBD, very close to one of the palaces (walking distance) and convenient public transport, City Hall subway station exit 9 and many bus to get around city. Best coffee in Seoul we found in GaBeDo cafe nearby, and the best Seafood pancake in Jojo noodles right outside the hotel.

Staff were friendly and always greeted us when we came into the building, they also had English speaking staff who helped us to check in. The room is very clean and the beds are super comfortable! Location is great as it's close to the markets and shops in Myeongdong. There is also a convenience store outside the building which was very useful. 감사합니다^^🙇‍♀️

Hotel is surrounded by great and reasonable restaurants which is hard to beat.

Prices really went up since last visit, possibly because of covid. Also Namdaemun shopping closes a lot earlier with a lot less street food vendors, again possibly from covid.

It was pretty damn awesome. Electric kettle, nice bed, plenty of universal outlets, tea and coffee, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, multi-setting bidet. Great staff (decent English). Pharmacy, Convenience Store, Bank (for ATM withdrawals) and several restaurants SUPER close.

Breakfast choices at attached restaurant were extremely limited. Hard to close curtains all the way (tall window, tall curtains, no pulley or rod method). Bathtub/shower: water would build up on outside of tub on flat surface only to "drain" off the edge, presumably into a drain that runs the length of the tub, but in reality there was too much water and it overflowed causing the bathroom floor to be soaked. Also a bar to hold onto when getting in or out of the raised tub would have been nice. Even at a healthy 38 years old I slipped twice. There's only 1 ice machine, it's on the 4th floor. It should either be on the first floor, or there should be ice machines on several floors.
