The location is great, close to the main Seoul station. Despite the hotel being on the main street, the room was quiet; the AC worked great. The hotel is in walking distance not only to Seoul Train/ subway station, it is close to city hall marks, and famous big department stores: Lotte' and Shinsegae. One can eat in food courts of these stores or on a train station/subway. All have great choices.

Location, location, location. It's highly recommended if you are taking AREX express train from the airport and you don't need to transfer to subway with your luggages. It's also near the KTX station if you are visiting other cities like Busan. The room is small but comfortable. Bathroom is spacious and water pressure is good!

The receptionists are not as friendly as other hotels. Never bother to smile as well.

PSA for travellers (How to locate the hotel) from Seoul station, the airport railway is a bit far (like 15 mins walk) but the metro line 1 (to cityhall) is the nearest. Basically you need to walk towards exit 7... when you are walking the wide alley, you will see an elevator on the right (must turn the corner a bit), take the lift up to Level 2 and you will reach the Seullo 7017 walkway. From the lift you turn right and walk straight.. you can see the hotel already (just opposite starbucks). There's a direct entry from the Seullo walkway to Level 2 lobby. Convenient. (Nearest convenient store) Take the lift to level 1 (below the lobby) and exit via the side door.. u should be able to see the 7-11 store across the street. Can walk via the big open space and then cross the road. Hope this info is useful (:

The light outside the bathroom (walkway) is auto on and off. It's pretty annoying actually as it will detect smallest movement. Can be quite creepy if you are a solo traveller like me!

(1) The location of the hotel is strategic; (2) The room is clean.

(1) There are no laundry facilities inside the hotel, and using the service outside the hotel via the reception will take three days; if we walk to the laundry service, it is far away from the hotel; (2) I think I need staffs who have a greater capability to speak English.

Hotel is not really very near to Seoul station, need to walk 10-15 mins. Quite a challenge to walk if you have luggages. But its v near to Namdaemun market. Suggestion to change pillow, almost flatted and cant sleep on it. .

The location is very good and there is a sky bridge connecting you to Seoul Station.

The breakfast was unfortunately hit or miss. Every day you get a plate of the breakfast of that day and you can choose either coffee or tea to go with it. The breakfast usually contains some kind of egg (fried or scrambled), some protein, a salad little salad and some kind of bread. I would recommend not booking the breakfast as you can grab something nearby. Vegetarian options are extremely restricted, but that’s true for the whole country.

Good location within walking distance from Seoul Station/City-Airport Terminal so travelling by Arex from Airport and checking in at the City-Airport Terminal (if travelling by most of Korean airlines) is very convenient. Near to many subway lines and buses to major attractions. Walking distance from Namdaemun Market so many food options. Myeongdong is also within walking distance or 1 subway station away..

Unfortunately the hotel is right next to a construction site. Even though this is no fault of the hotel, it may be a good idea to request for a room on the other side/end away from the construction if you are sensitive to the noise. It was noisy at the construction site as early as 7 am for a few of the mornings we were there. Pillows were too soft for our liking.

Great location, only 5 mins walk to Metro station and Seoul train station. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Downstairs is a cool pub, good vide.

Location was good. Room was clean. They were able to reserve a taxi for me for a 6:45 am pick up. Hotel also held our luggage for a couple of days.

Needs another pillow. They were able reserve a taxi for me for a 6:45 AM pickup at twice the cost for the cab. A ride to Gimpo International airport was around 24,000 to 27,000 won. The charge given to me the previous night by the hotel was 50,000 won. I’m not sure what or how this price was derived. At previous hotels the taxi was called and at the charge was at the normal price.
