Location is great - it's like 15 steps to the metro and airport bus pickup. Rooms are clean and the hotel staffs are very courteous. And I feel that the facilities they provide for guest is very thoughtful: > They have water dispenser at each floor. I can just just pop out of my room to fill up the water - very convenient and saves water bottle at the same time. > I like the universal and USB plug provided in the room. They even provide different cables for your devices. > The check in and out counter at level 3 have a weighing machine and desktop for guest to do their own printing. > The lounge area at level 3 is very spacious and cozy - great comfort especially when you need an area to wait for your transfer/check in.

> Bringing the disposable cup to the Nespresso Machine at level 3. I feel there could be a better way to do this? I brought my cup with me (provided by the hotel) for breakfast only to be stopped by their staff and said I couldn't bring outside cup in. Had to surrender my cup at the counter and collect it back after my breakfast. Quite a hassle.

The hotel is in an excellent location central to many things to see and do in Seoul. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location has easy access to the Myeongdong Street Markets with lots of good food to try and to Namsan Park with the cable car to the Namsan Seoul Tower. The hotel is also 2 stops from Seoul Station by Metro and there is an express bus to the airport very close to the hotel.

The hotel uses a kiosk check-in system that was complicated and difficult to use and needed a staff person to assist.

There are many hotels right in the market district of Myeongdong but taxis won’t go there because the roads are narrow and filled with people. L7 is the PERFECT location. Subway and bus at your doorstep and market behind. No issue with Taxis. Good amenities and super comfy beds. Good cafe and multiple convenience stores next door. Concierge at door 24 hours. It’s overkill honestly.

Located was perfect! Checkin and out process were a breeze! Staff were very friendly. Especially one of the lady at L1 during evening shift, her bubbly and cheerful greeting makes the evening wonderful.

Probably need more introduction such as amenities provided. We didn’t know that there were pillow options available and we didn’t had better quality pillow for our stay.

Conveniently located to Myeongdong metro station and walking distance to food and sites.

I didn’t dislike but wanted people to know. The lobby is on the third floor. There’s only one elevator for the laundry. Laundry during our stay had two washing machines and two dryers. $5000 won for one cycle for a wash or the dryer. There was a line. You were able to purchase soap.

The room was amazing. House keeping cleaned the room daily and refreshed the water and anything else that was needed. The staff were so polite and happy including the house keeping staff. Always happy to say hello.

There was nothing that I disliked about the hotel. It was a very enjoyed and comfortable stay. Great shower too. The floating bar, restaurant at the top lead out to an area where you could get a foot spa. The water was so lovely and warm. Just the job to soak your feet after all the walking done during the day sightseeing. 🙂

The location is perfect. Close to everything you need, but also very quiet. Love it.

Location was excellent for both metro and Myeongdong. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The staff was very friendly. A great place for a couple to rest when done with a busy day.

The L7 Hotel is in just a perfect location for exploring the Myeongdong area and the airport bus drops you virtually right outside the hotel. The bonus thing for me for such a nice hotel is that it had a coin laundry and driers - that's just a winner for me as a traveller.
