Liked the laundry room (free detergent and softener provided)! Super handy to be able to wash and dry clothes during the stay.

Sheets replaced every 4 days (unless you put a little card on the bed). Room had mold on the panels below the AC, maybe from leak? Room was also not very well ventilated, so we had to open windows so that it didn't smell (strong toilet/sewer smell). AC was also central, so it would be quite warm (24C) throughout the night despite setting AC to 18C (luckily outside temp was a bit lower so opening the windows helped cool the room a bit).

Hotel is in a great location, right across the subway, and bus stop where airport limousine 6002 goes direct to Incheon international. From my room I could see the crossway which was pretty inspiring and such a romantic view. Bathroom had modern excellent facilities with smart bidet toilet. Bed and pillow felt ultra comfy too which lent for a good sleep. Front desk allowed us to check in a bit earlier than the designated hour for free, which was a pleasant surprise.

Lighting in the room is a bit dark. Breakfast was okay but choices were basic and the restaurant had somewhat somber look. Entering the lobby, all the kept luggage was right in front of reception which occupied half of the space. Also means there was no separate luggage room.

The location is quite good. We were able to reach all seightseeing points on foot. The size of the room is huge in comparison to hotel rooms in Japan. There is a table and a wardrobe, and there is enough space to unpack the luggage. We had an upper floor and the the window overlooked the crossroads which was fascinating to watch in the morning and at night.

The hotel is overall old, unclean and a bit shabby. It's obvious when you look at towels with stains and holes, dirty walls with killed insects by previous customers, dust on walls and curtains. Breakfasts also didn't come up to our expectations: coffee machines were dirty and coffee was bland, even espresso; pastry tasted as if it was not freshly made and pieces of frosen mango were just a shame.

small room. They did not refill "body wash" during stay despite it being half full when I checked in and was still unfilled till the end of my stay. Looked like they did not vacuum clean the room daily as some bits were still on floor. breakfast timing is too short - should be till 1030 AM at least.

excellent location, right next to subway exit. close proximity to restaurants, short walk to Seoul station. good breakfast with a variety of western and korean dishes.

toilet smell at the reception desk (toilets right next to the reception desk). during my stay lots of construction work was underway nearby, so it was quite noisy when windows were open.

Hotel provides all the facilities inside to be relaxed. Conditions are good, and price is also good. Staff is friendly. Everything is clean.

Location is good, close the KTX train Station, however there is not restaurants nor turistic atractions around, so people should move to another area by bus or subway. Then, I recomend the hotel in case your plan is be outside all day visiting other Seoul areas and go there just to sleep.

Only 1 unpleasant thing was that in a cold day you can not put the AC to warm up the room - it works only for cold; confirmed by reception.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect, close to subway but not too central that its too busy especially at night. Close to a lot of popular attractions. The hotel bar seems very popular with the locals, always busy. Great vibe all around. Near a medical center and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around. Bed and shower are great, love the smart toilets.

Our aircond couldn't be adjusted from inside the room so every time the temperature got too hot we had to call concierge to adjust from their end. Might just be our remote in our room, hopefully they would have fixed it.

After landing at Incheon Airport at the painfully early hour of 4 a.m., I reached Sila Stay just past 8. The staff kindly stored my luggage until check-in at 3 p.m.—a lifesaver, since wandering Seoul with a suitcase is hardly anyone’s idea of glamorous. Like any eager tourist, I explored the streets, took photos, and pretended I wasn’t jet-lagged. By 10:30, though, the façade collapsed—and so did I. I called the front desk about early check-in. The receptionist explained there was a fee, which seemed reasonable. But after a quick check, she smiled and graciously waived it, allowing me to check in immediately. To a weary traveler, that small kindness felt like winning the hotel lottery. She even handed me a welcome package filled with quality snacks and drinks. (If she were secretly an angel in disguise, I wouldn’t be surprised.) The room was spotless, quiet, and thoughtfully furnished. Personal oral care items spared me a tired trip to the convenience store for a toothbrush after nearly 30 hours in transit. The iron was another welcome touch—my shirts were especially thankful. The bed and bedding were crisp and inviting, the kind that whisper: “Collapse now—you’ve earned it.” Sila Stay truly lives up to its name: a haven of rest, wrapped in unexpected kindness.
