Firstly, the location is perfect - there’s many Korean restaurants on the same street and the street behind (2mins away). It’s 5mins walk from Seoul station (with lot more food options and a huge Lotte mart zettaplex) and many many bus routes to tourist sites; we even walked to many tourist places like the palaces within 30-45mins. There’s also 7-11, Starbucks and grocery shops within 2mins. Secondly, the suite was so clean and well organised, beds and sofa are super comfortable, aircon is very powerful (which was very welcome in the heat). Staff kindly kept our luggage as our flight arrived early morning, and even gave us a complementary late check out. Room service was perfect. And they did a full cleaning on the 3rd day. View from the suite is quite nice - there’s a skywalk with a rose garden right in front which is quite nice to watch, and you can view N Seoul tower & namsam straight across. There was no noise or disturbance throughout our 6 day stay, no street noise as well. Very peaceful, safe and well appointed location.

One potential improvement could be if the property helped guests with placing food delivery orders - as most apps either need a Korean number or don’t offer an English version.

The location was great with just a 7-minute walk from Seoul Station. It's surrounded by plenty of restaurants, and the suite is conveniently situated right in front of the Seoullo 7017 walkway. The suite offers a stunning view of the city. The service was exceptional. The staff was courteous, prompt, and always willing to help, even late at night. One standout feature was the complimentary laundry!

The room was warmed up too much, and we couldn't figure out how to use the remote. The staff really tried to help but it's still pretty warm.

The two room suite was perfect for our family of four. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Everything was clean. An excellent location right nextto Seoul station.

- Aesthetically pleasing design - The receptionist was extremely friendly ans helpful (spoke fluently in English) - The view is exceptional with daily changing facade lights of the opposite buildings - The location is great, direct access to the pedestrian bridge to Namdaemun Market (walk, 10-15min) and Seoul station is just across the street (walk, 5min), but it's actually not really noisy - You'll have a Dunkin' Donuts on the ground floor for daily fresh coffee - There are two restaurants right around the corner that have a daily queue - so you know it must be good!

- The rooms are small, so you'll have to keep the luggage in the living room, but it wasn't be big deal for us - There is no real kitchen, but the reception offers a microwave and laundry machine (I think) - We had to laugh pretty hard that the books in the shelf are fake hahaha.. just some random covers and empty books

Location was great - right across from the biggest train station, number of rooms were spacious for Seoul standards. The layout was narrow, but it was perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen and seating area was also a huge plus and included a decent sized fridge that actually worked!

The rooms did not smell particularly clean, but we think it could have been something about the entire building? The carpet was a bit weathered, and some of the stones were falling off the sides of the seating. But, the beds were clean and the amenities were still worth the price.

Really good location for getting around Seoul, with lots of nice restaurants and bars in the area which felt like locals places. And super convenient for Seoul station. Property was clean and spacious. Staff were helpful when we had requests.

There was some work being done at the hotel which meant it was quite noisy and messy.

Convenient, very helpful staffs, no problem with communications.

Rooms and living room too small, no space to open up the luggage. During the 2nd night of our stay the AC in the living was not working, no matter how high the temp was set it just felt like 20 degrees or lower. In the end turn it OFF but there was still a v cold breeze if not coming from AC then must be from the all closed windows which means insulation is insufficient.

the most helpful staff would be Zhao and Hong Yoongi. Zhao accommodate to my needs, while Yoongi help me alot especially updating when the washing and drying usage is completed. Plus the most hassle-free distance with less stairs, less than 10mins walk to Seoul Station!

The flexibility of late check-out. even if i would like to pay for extension 1pm or 2pm, i was kicked out at exact 12pm from the room.

UH Suite the Seoul is 5-10 minutes on foot from Seoul Station (Exit 3 or 15). Our 3-BR suite can fit our group of 5 persons well. The room is new and very quiet. The staff is very friendly and efficient. There are quite a number of restaurants around the corner.

No breakfast on site (but there are some cafes around the hotel that open in the morning)

The location is fantastic, couldn’t ask for a better location. It’s a few mins walk across from Lotte Mart.

The deep cleaning does not include the utensils. Would be better if it could be done. The space for luggage’s is also not adequate.
