Was sort of like a self service hotel, E.g toilet roll, towels downstairs and take when needed, this really suited us. Breakfast was a nice touch too even though it was simple but we made the most of it anyway. Nothing to complain about, the room was kept lovely and warm which helped because it was freezing outside. Also so close to exit 12 of Seoul station. Although there’s no lifts, we managed fine with our cases.

It was my third year in a row staying at 24Guesthouse and it feels like going back home nowadays. It’s very close to the Seoul station and many tourist attractions. Subway and buses are stopping literally down the road. It’s small and cozy but the staff is friendly (especially 김 하 운 was very helpful and nice) and if you’re ok with basic amenities you’re gonna be very happy with this place. All the rooms have AC, Tv and private bathroom. The kitchenette is downstairs in common area and there’s also a washing machine and a dryer. I will be definitely coming back again.

It’s next to a soup kitchen so it can be very noisy in the early morning but it’s a minor problem.

I booked only a few weeks before Christmas and glad to manage to get this place. Value price for the festive season, room amenities are more than enough for guesthouse. Small towels, toothpaste and toothbrush, even a hairdryer are provided. I like how the extension socket in a room fit many plug type, I didn't have to use my own adaptor during the whole stay. TV can connect with Netflix and other streaming channels. Location is also excellence, easy to get from the airport or get around by train. Took exist 12 as it's the nearest and has elevator. Seoul Station also has Lotte Outlet and Mart, and many places to eat. Really recommended.

If you expect modern and new place - then this is not the place for you. If you just want great value, centrally located, close to transport, comfortable, secure, and meets your basic needs - then this is a great place. 👍Location to Seoul Station was great and made it very easy to access the metro and travel to any destination in Seoul and beyond. 👍Staff were friendly. 👍Access to free washing machine and dryer. 👍Good boiled water access and basic kitchen needs. 👍Whilst the bathroom was very basic, it had plenty of good hot water. 👍Room was warm and comfortable. 👍Instructions for after hours access was great and easy to follow. 👍Internet worked well. 👍International power board in room for easy power access.

Nothing major - just a couple of minor things. 😒The light switch to the room would not turn off properly - requires some maintenance. 😒I had to turn off the mini fridge as it was very close to the bed, and very noisy - although I just put my milk in fridge in downstairs communal fridge. 😐 Neutral - not an issue for me - but if you struggle to carry your luggage upstairs it may be a challenge getting up to the room.

needed something convenient near the seoul station for a few days and this was a great choice! staff was very nice and welcoming, the guy who usually runs around the place helped me alot and was always making sure everything is fine. bathroom is great, there is a bit of space between the toilet and the shower head so it’s not the typical korean shower where it’s straight above it, and there was always hot water which was good too. in terms of popular neighborhoods it’s pretty close to myeongdong (8~ minutes by bus), there are also some nice things to do in the area, many convenient stores, restaurants, some shops as well.

the only thing that bothered me and wasn’t even that bad was that some sockets were a bit loose and the charger didn’t hold up to them, but there were many scattered around the room so there was always ones who did work.

The location is near the Seoul Station, you can pretty much go everywhere from Seoul Station. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. They will give you message thru booking app about the code number to enter the building one day prior to check in. Free drink refill, coffee, tea, and free use of the laundry. If you want to go to Seoul Sta, just go through gate number 12, faster and efficient since there is an elevator there. 2 station stops to Myeondong.

There is no elevator. If you bring a heavy luggage, be sure to have extra power to lift it, especially if your room is on 3rd floor (which mine was), also the floor felt like lava (very hot on 3rd floor number 305), it's good if the temperature outside is very cold (winter), the refrigator on the room 305 is broken. The bed is small for 2 people.

The whole place was very clean, lots of nice touches: free coffee/tea and small snacks, shared kitchenette with dining nook, drinking water hot/cold, laundry facility. Generous amenities, soap, shampoo and conditioner, toothbrush and paste. Ample towels. Room was small but adequate. Bathroom was very clean with excellent water pressure. The staff was great. Spoke good English and went above and beyond, helping us with a travel-related problem. Lobby bulletin board with hundreds of happy notes from previous visitors. We live in southern RoK, and will stay at 24GH every time we need to stay in Seoul.

The rooms were quite small, not much space to hang any clothes or coats. No big deal, considering the very reasonable price.

I like everything about the place, it's close to the subway and the bus station and I can travel around so easily, not to mention the manager running the place is so kind and helpful, I don't have to pay for the amenities and the washing machine. Staying there is the correct choice for your vacation to Seoul, it is good for solo travelers too.

I don't like the level of quietness in my room since I can hear outside noise from the neighborhood, like the garbage truck taking all the trash, and even people talking and laughing. You can also hear the noise from other rooms when you are in the hallway.

1. Location is perfect. Super near from Exit 12 Seoul Station (Line 4). Maybe 5 minutes walking distance from the exit. Tips: - If you come from the airport by AREX, just go follow the direction to Exit 12 - For subway line, it's better to take Line 4 since it is nearer from the exit. Seoul station is big. It covers Line 1 and 4 2. Room is clean, comfort and there is fridge in the room 3. Toiletries 4. Staff gives us detail information how to self check in 5. Breakfast is included. Milk, egg, bread, cereals, cheese can be taken for free at breakfast time 6. Staff is very friendly and welcome. Actually the staff not there every time, but when I meet him, he is soooo nice.

Maybe the bed is little hard but I still manage to sleep well
