The guesthouse is about five minutes by foot from the Seoul Station, which was the main reason why I choose it and it was worth it. There are few stairs when you are entering the house, so you have to carry your luggagge but I managed. The room is just enough for few days stay, I stayed only one night, as I need a place to stay between my way from Busan to an Incheon airport - for such a trip it is the most convenient place to stay, because from Seoul station you can go to Busan and to an airport by train :) The place was quiet and the beds were rather comfy. Also, there is a water purifier in the main hall which I really apreciated and I noticed that there were an umbrelas to borrow. Also when you enter the guesthouse ask you to switch to prepared slippers and proceed in them, so the guesthouse remain clean. Also I really apreciated the self check in - there were all the important information waiting for me at the entrance to the hotel pined to the notice-board next to the main door. And one more thing - when you book this guesthouse they will send you the detailed photo instructions how to get to the accomodation from the Seoul station and it was really helpful! I recommend to use it rather than the navigation in map app.

There was a problem with a hot water which was not running when I came. I was trying to solve it with a member of the stuff but they didn’t really help me at first, than I find out on my own that I need to turn on the warm water or heating on the switch which was on the wall next to the door. Also, the Tv had no signal,but that was not such a big deal for me. And also the fridge makes a noise during the night, but that’s a detail, I slept well. The bathroom is really really small - I managed but for some people that could be a little inconvenient…

the guesthouse is very near the Seoul station. It is also located near the bus stop. The room is quite big and equipped with washing machine and kitchen utensils. I washed my clothes and able to preheat my meal. there is body wash and shampoo inside the toilet, but there is no toothpaste or toothbrush provided.

The stairs are quite steep, and it’s not easy for me to bring up, or bring down my luggages. luckily Eric the manager was able to assist me bringing the bag to my room.

Good location, near Seoul station but a bit of an uphill walk which would be tiring if you have multiple luggages. Good for a one night stay due to transit but would recommend staying somewhere else for long term stay. The room had plenty of space though for 2 people and big luggages, good option for its price.

Walls are paper thin. Bathroom was really small that you can't open the door all the way cos when you enter, the door hits the toilet.

If you come by taxi at midnight (because the last train is at 12 a.m.), just tell the taxi driver to drop you off at Exit 15 Seoul Station, and just walk from there. Taxi will find it hard to look for guesthouse because it is a small and narrow road

As a place to spend the night before going to the airport - and only this - it fulfilled all expectations. A short walk away from Seoul station, easy self check in. The room had everything you could need, a fridge, a bathroom, a kitchenette, air con. Water dispenser in the hallway. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. Overall a good place to stay if you just need a convenient room to crash overnight, or if you're on an extremely limited budget.

The cleanliness left a bit to be desired, the floor was dirty, there was mold in the bathroom (no wonder with the entire bathroom essentially being a shower). We tried not to inspect the beds too thoroughly. Room was very small and compact, so it was hard to open our luggage without taking up all the floor space, it felt like playing tetris.

The room was massive! With a kitchen and a washing machine. Plus we also had a mini fridge. We loved the location. So easy to get to the central station. We stayed there so we could take the 6am AREX to the airport. We work online so WiFi was super important for us. And this guesthouse had super fast WiFi! We took calls and even streamed Netflix The space was quiet and the bed comfortable so we had a good night sleep

The bathroom/shower situation is a bit uncomfortable cause the door doesn't open all the way but we managed. We're not fussy people. But it's important for future guest to know. We're also small people so we didn't mind. It would be a challenge for a 6 foot, 200+ pounds person to take a shower in such a tiny space

Super conveniently located with plenty of eats around. It was very easy to self check in (even arriving late they left the check in info at the door) and instructions were clear. Enjoyed having a fridge and little kitchenette in the room.

The bathroom was very tiny and a bit difficult to get in/out of to use. It was also exceedingly warm with no air ventilation, no windows and the heating control couldn't be toggled - there was an AC unit but not remote control so we managed by opening the bathroom window and keeping the door open. There were also a few hairs in our bed and on the floor.

Perfect location only 2 minutes away from seoul station which makes it easy to access the express railroad train from Incheon airport as well as a central hub to get to all the other great places in Seoul. Checkin was super stream line as the doors have key codes to access them, so no cards or needing to do any complicated check in or check out with staff, however they were always available via messaging apps of by the convince store next door. This is also great if you are arriving to Seoul at a late time.
