Walking distance from Seoul station though it was not particularly easy to find. We caught the Airport Express train and from Seoul station the directions were - go up 2 levels and find exit 2. Then go down 2 levels and find exit 12. Then follow the tunnel until you see signs to the hotel. Perhaps it was the jet lag but it felt like a miracle when we finally stumbled across the hotel. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

The room and bathroom is clean and neat. The shower gels and shampoo is good and smell nice too. The location is definitely a plus point cos it is near the Seoul station which makes travelling from airport easier and also travelling to the rest of the Seoul. It has a small gym which is just nice for me and my spouse to burn my calories. The hotel staff is good and offer me complimentary beer which my spouse and myself finally get to utilize it. Even the cleaner is friendly and ask us if we need cleaning for our room when we left our room in the morning bumping unto them on the way out. I can also see the Seoul Tower from my room.

I guess there is nothing I don't like cos everything seem to be good. I guess the hotel could actually give us more complimentary beer coupon without a limit to when I can use the coupon since the restaurant is open from morning till 10pm.

Clean, spacious, comfortable.

Although it’s location is Seoul Station, the walk from the station to the hotel via the underground passageway is quite a distance- this may be difficult if you have multiple luggages to carry. No shuttle services provided from the hotel to the station. However, if you only have one luggage per person, this shouldn’t be an issue.

Very convenient to transportation, subway, train, and bus. Underground passage to train and bus was great to avoid bad weather. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The breakfast buffet was satisfying with an assortment of cuisines.

The bathroom didn't have enough counter space. Suggest adding a shelf over the toilet from the wash basin to the wall. Twin bed rooms could use two luggage racks.

Staff is professional, friendly & welcoming. Room is clean with comfortable bedding; our room was located on 28th floor with superb view of Seoul stations, we enjoyed watching the coming and going of trains and subways all day. Hotel has direct underground connection to Seoul Station. Location is great, right by Line 4 Seoul Station (Exit 12). Note: L4 is an extremely convenient line to many places like Myeongdong, Dongdaemun and it has easy exchange to other lines.

Room is rather small for 2 persons even with 2 small luggage, understandably it's catered more as a business hotel. Toiletries are not checked & refilled promptly - on 3 days we ran out of conditioner & shower gel. Overall dim lighting in the room even with all the lights switched on, we resorted to turning on the TV (on mute) to provide extra lighting ;)

Location is near Seoul station and this was the only reason I stayed there. The room was very clean when I checked in and the hotel is an ok one. But seems to be used a lot by those who want to get to or from the train station.

Disliked · The distance from the train station to the hotel is far. I won't recommend trying to get there late at night cause you have to go through many doors in other buildings which might be closed esp late night

Sheraton Four Points Seoul Station is a comfortable, western style hotel located close to Seoul Station, the city's main hub for trains and a major metro station. The rooms are found on the 20th floor and higher, which means street and rail noise is negligible. Our room was a bit small, but it had a good bed and very fine bathroom. The staff is helpful.and professional. The proximity to Seoul Station meant we could take the metro, long-distance rail (KTX ), and airport express train quite easily. Its. central location makes walking an option to some markets, palaces, and museums. It offers both laundry service and coin-operated laundry.

Honestly, there's very little not to like. The room is small but still functional. The walkway from the hotel to Seoul Station is convenient but hard to find at first. From the Station, you will want to go to the subway level and head toward Exit 12.

I recently stayed at a delightful hotel. The location was perfect, and the hotel's ambience was very welcoming. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Although the hotel is not at fault, the underground link to the hotel could be better organised to make it easier to navigate. Additionally, as a first-time visitor, I would have appreciated more information about things to do in Seoul.

Sheltered walk via the underground tunnel from AREX station to the hotel. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast.

Quite a long walk (25 minutes) to the hotel from the AREX station considering the luggage we have to push along with us. The multiple doors in the underground tunnel are heavy to push/pull to get to the hotel. There is only one round table which is not enough for us to lay our luggage to open it, so the other luggage can only be put on the floor. There is also limited space in the Superior Twin room to open the luggage on the floor.

Walking distance from Seoul station. The hotel also links underground with the train station; make it convenient during winter time. there are 2 convenient stores just below the building, easy to get supper at night
