Walking distance from Seoul station though it was not particularly easy to find. We caught the Airport Express train and from Seoul station the directions were - go up 2 levels and find exit 2. Then go down 2 levels and find exit 12. Then follow the tunnel until you see signs to the hotel. Perhaps it was the jet lag but it felt like a miracle when we finally stumbled across the hotel. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

It’s close to Seoul Station where I had to be at the following day.

The front desk man that assisted us when we checked in wasn’t as helpful as the one that we had during check out. We had to learn everything on our own. The paper that came with the room card key stated that only their member could avail of the free wifi. However, we were able to make use of it somehow. One of the furnitures we had has a broken back. The other furnitures and the place itself could use new paints. We are thankful for the water, but instead of it being inside the refrigerator, they were near the window.

Clean, spacious, comfortable.

Although it’s location is Seoul Station, the walk from the station to the hotel via the underground passageway is quite a distance- this may be difficult if you have multiple luggages to carry. No shuttle services provided from the hotel to the station. However, if you only have one luggage per person, this shouldn’t be an issue.

The room and bathroom is clean and neat. The shower gels and shampoo is good and smell nice too. The location is definitely a plus point cos it is near the Seoul station which makes travelling from airport easier and also travelling to the rest of the Seoul. It has a small gym which is just nice for me and my spouse to burn my calories. The hotel staff is good and offer me complimentary beer which my spouse and myself finally get to utilize it. Even the cleaner is friendly and ask us if we need cleaning for our room when we left our room in the morning bumping unto them on the way out. I can also see the Seoul Tower from my room.

I guess there is nothing I don't like cos everything seem to be good. I guess the hotel could actually give us more complimentary beer coupon without a limit to when I can use the coupon since the restaurant is open from morning till 10pm.

Clean, quiet and functional hotel. Good breakfast with the bonus of a view

This place markets itself as a Seoul Station hotel. However, the relevant station exit is closed after midnight and there was no information provided by the hotel on how to navigate here. In the event we got drenched in heavy rain and the reception staff seemed nonplussed when we arrived. Then on departing the hotel there was no explanation on how to get to the AREX airport express train which is surprisingly difficult in the labyrinth that is Seoul Station. In the event we got stuck barrier side and missed our train. Reception staff again nonplussed.

I really liked the amenities in the room, the Smart TV could screen mirror my Samsung phone and also had YouTube and Netflix apps and there were so many plugs and usb ports available and they were universal plugs so I didn't need to bring an adapter. There is also an iron and microwave available on every floor. The bed was perfect, not too soft, not too firm. I had a comfortable sleep despite the noise from the trains. The breakfast was really delicious, There was a good selection of hot and cold foods for breakfast including sui mai which is my favorite!

I can't fault the hotel itself but there were loud noises from the trains but they do provide earplugs in the room. I wanted to stay close to the ktx and despite it feeling like it's close on the map it ended up being on the opposite side of the station which is a 15-20 min walk through the underground walkways but at least it was fully sheltered from the rain and it was well sign posted following exit 12.

Room was very clean. I liked that you could walk to/from Seoul Station without even going outside! This was super helpful when it was raining. The staff were helpful and check in was smooth. Lots of things close by such as shopping and food. Very good experience doing laundry (no wait, multiple machines).

Our shower head was broken and had been taped up. I didn't say anything to reception, so they may have moved our room or done something to support the situation. The shower pressure was still great, it just sprayed the door and was a bit shaky.

Very convenient to transportation, subway, train, and bus. Underground passage to train and bus was great to avoid bad weather. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The breakfast buffet was satisfying with an assortment of cuisines.

The bathroom didn't have enough counter space. Suggest adding a shelf over the toilet from the wash basin to the wall. Twin bed rooms could use two luggage racks.

I liked everything about Sheraton Josun, from the customer service at the reception to the room comfort. Lady at the reception was nice, kind and professional. Our request for a room on higher floor was accepted and we were given a room with a beautiful view. Our room was clean, quiet with a nice design. Bed was comfy and room size was also good enough. Bathroom was spacious and there were slippers and bathrobe available. Temperature in the room was perfect. Also you have a kettle with coffee and tea. Location is ideal if you want to be close to the railway station. We also got a small thoughtful gift - folding hand fan. We love Korea and we will be back. Thank you!!

There is nothing really. We regret we stayed in a different place when we arrived to Seoul.

Location is near Seoul station and this was the only reason I stayed there. The room was very clean when I checked in and the hotel is an ok one. But seems to be used a lot by those who want to get to or from the train station.

Disliked · The distance from the train station to the hotel is far. I won't recommend trying to get there late at night cause you have to go through many doors in other buildings which might be closed esp late night
