The hotel was so easy to find and the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. We took bus 6001 from the airport (17000 won) and the kind driver told us exactly where to get off Sookmyung womens university exit ir just up from there). It was then a 3 min walk straight down the rd (you can see the name of the hotel nice and big on the left hand side). We also found it really easy to navigate the public transport system. This spot is really well located.

The room was on the smaller side but that was to be expected.

It’s very beautiful. We had one of the rooms that had a bath; every day after walking the city we’d get snacks from the convenience store (next door) and soak our feet and look out over the city. The bed was comfortable, the bidet was a nice touch, Double sinks, plenty of room for storage. The staff were so lovely and helpful. The location is perfect as there’s a subway stop just outside the front door, and Ubers around the city only cost around £3/4. We didn’t eat in the hotel but the tea and coffee was good. And the KFC next door had the biggest portions I’ve ever seen. Having ice/microwave/water downstairs along with the gym and laundry area was a helpful bonus too.

There were some stains on the tiles and marks on the wall that cheapened the look of the room slightly. It wasn’t dirty or anything but have the appearance of being slightly unclean.

Located near exit 10 of Sookmyung Women's Uni stop, with elevator. One stop away from Seoul Station. Lots of eateries nearby and Ryan's Roastery with good coffee just next door. Spacious and comfortable rooms.

I don't understand the huge bathtub taking up so much space in the room when it could have been pit to better use. There's lack of privacy if I were to use it since we had 4 persons in the room. I also can't switch off the aircon for the sack of the rest of the people in the room. If you want to have a proper jacuzzi or bathtub, perhaps should seal up the area. The bathroom floor is slippery and need to wear slippers when using it. The placement of the TV is also a bit strange as we bumped into it a few times when accessing the fridge.

The staff was incredibly helpful and professional. Everyone was well-prepared and attentive to every detail. They went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. They assisted me with a difficult reservation at a local place I had always wanted to visit. Thanks to their help, I managed to book a spot at a restaurant that’s usually hard to reach without a Korean SIM card. Their support truly made a difference in my experience. They exceeded all my expectations in terms of service and hospitality. I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. Their kindness and efficiency made everything smooth and stress-free. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for exceptional service.

It was very clean just right in front of the train station, when I said it is right in front of the train station I’m talking about Less then 10 steps to reach the station Gate from the hotel’s lobby. It is very important for me because we are traveling with our mum @madam who get easily irritated from a long walk🤣. All of the hotel’s staff speak good English and everyone was very polite, they will always greet you whenever you entered the lobby area. The room was very clean and was quite big even for the 3 of us with three 26 inch luggage. Should be okay as long as you keep your things tidy most of the time.

It was fully booked, I wanted to add on 1 more night but I could’t coz it was fully booked already😭 Thank god the suite was still avilable and I have to get it in order to stay another night there. I just hope that they provide slipper in the toilet as well not only in the bathroom.

Nice room, close to the Central Station. I had two different rooms in that hotel - the premium ones at a higher level are really good - spacious and with good views on both sides of town. I would stay there again but book the premium room as I thought the price difference was worth it. I had to extend my stay and the staff was really helpful. Breakfast was okay.

I found the room facing the train station to be pretty noisy as I could hear the trains in the early morning. As others said before, the rooms are not very practical so I would not stay there for more than a couple of nights.

The view from the upper levels over the city, the location, close to the main station, 6 minutes by foot or one station by metro. They have a washing machine and dryer in the basement that people can use for a small fee, very handy wen you backpack around korea.

The breakfast option, for euro 9.5 that is a bid lousy, nothing to write home about. The staff at the ception could do with better knowledge of their town, but then again they are trying hard and there is the language problem that can be overcome with papago the korea version of Google translate or Google

The staff was very welcoming and took the initiative to try to switch to the language which I might find it more comfortable. The charging cable and adapter were available for rental which saved my life. The staffs were also very helpful when it came to restaurants/take-away shop recommendations. Liked the plastic slippers and big bathroom in the room, even though I did not have much time to enjoy it. The toilet was with automatic flushing function which was very fancy. The location of the hotel was very nice as it only took less than 10 mins to get to the Seoul Station.

The staffs' English was not very good but they were very friendly to assist. The room design was a bit weird as there was another door between the room door (requiring the card key) and the actual room, thus a bit difficult to move my suitcase inside and out when I left. There was room for improvement in term of sound proofing as I could always hear the rooms next to me while I stayed in the room.

The hotel was great! It was nice and clean and had great views from the rooms - which was bigger than I was expecting!

It was a bit annoying how to use an iron you had to go downstairs and rent it from the front desk and that you were only allowed to use it in the basement - not in your room. It meant you had to wear a change of clothes if you wanted to iron your outfit for that day and added so many steps and time to simply ironing. Also I was confused about the rule of no shoes allowed in the gym - I’m not sure how you were meant to run on the treadmill in bare feet.

The location was wonderful. One stop away from Seoul Station and entrance to the hotel is steps from Exit 10 of the subway stop.

I didn't like the bathroom layout. Having lived in Korea and visited many times, I've seen this kind of layout before, but I wish maybe they'd at least copy the Japanese style bathrooms instead of having tile that has the potential to be very slippery in the shower, and also have the toilet in the same enclosure.
