It was clean, quiet and good value for money.

The guesthouse is in an old building but it's not a problem at all, it's comfortable and practiced and the owner leaves a lot of things available for free. It is located in a perfect position, quiet and silent. I really liked it.

A little bad smell from the shower drain but it's a small thing, you can close the bathroom door. And during the rains in Seoul is quite normal, especially at the ground floor.

The beds were heated and the rooms were comfortable. The location had a lot of food and coffee places nearby and other shopping. Check in and check out was easy since it was self done but we met the owner and he was very kind.

The outlet plugs were a little finicky but once I got it just right I didn't have any issues with plugging my charger in at the end of the day.

Good value for money. The room is warm so we were always happy to get back after a day outside in a cold weather. Everything you need (shampoo, towels etc) is provided. We thought at first that the location would be not ideal or cute but it’s actually so convenient, a lot of buses and MRT just 2min walk and small streets next to the hotel. Very central so you could easily reach any district of Seoul in less than 30min

We had the room downstairs so there was no window and it was a bit humid.

I like that it has everything you could ever want to make your stay better! Washing machine, drying rack, iron, pantry, kitchen. I even saw a couple of universal travel adapters you could borrow if you forgot to bring any.

Just the shower that was hard to control the temperature. But you'll get the hang of it.

Great location close to main transport links. There are also some nice cafe’s and restaurants around the university district near to the hotel. Good shower Comfy bed Keyless as you use a passcode for the main door and your room. Approx 25min Walking distance to war memorial museum

Its clean, big enough and comfortable everything you need is provided (washing machine, soaps, basic skincare…) , and is in a very nice neighborhood. I can recommend cafe Mune right across the street, they have the sweetest kitties.

the staircase is a bit odd to carry heavy luggage up.

Great location, great value for money

Check in instructions only sent to me 15 minutes before check in time. Which isn’t a big deal really!

The room is spacious and located at the back alley, so it was quiet during my whole stay there. The property is 5 minute walk from Sookmyung Women's University station. I could do laundry there for free. WiFi was good, and I enjoyed watching all channels on the TV even though it has no subtitles.

I think someone tried to enter my room twice.

For the price I paid, the accommodation was great! But I have to mention that there were some works carried out on the road right outside the property, from early morning hours, every day. The noise kept waking me up.
