The size of the room ( very very small. We couldn't even place our second suitcase! It was noisy. The bed linen was synthetic, it was not comfortable. I recommend putting extra clothes hangers in the room. There are a lot of places for that! It will help tourists to place their clothes. We had only 4 clothes hangers and they were not comfortable at all, because have no stoppers at the end and all our clothes fell all the time (.

All the things needed for a comfortable living were in place. Picture of the location sent by the staff on the day of check in was of great help. Locality is good, has lots of food outlets, shops and subway stations closeby. Premixed coffee was tasty. Common area has a microwave, water purifier, with hot and cold outlets, fresh towels, a utility kit and first aid. Room had a bed, AC, TV, hair dryer, a small table and chair. Bed was super comfortable, so enticing for sleep!

Even though the property is close to a main road, you have to hike a little and turn into a small street to reach, not obvious to reach without their help. Room was a little too small. The only time I saw any staff was during check in, after that, you’re on your own.

Location very close from Seoul st,only 1 stop from sookmyung women University stop exit 1 n walk bit n turn right n left..but go to exit 10 for lift if u have big luggages n cross the street. The room a bit small,with double bed n chair with decent size toilet n shower. its clean. There is TV with korean channels n air-conditioning. Its not new building,its decent for a rest stop. Staff Communication its excellent The common facilities on ground floor is free water n coffee n small fridge. free Internet We don't have time to check other facilities Check in 3pm,very strict There were convenience shops,fruit shop n restaurants closeby. n for BTS fans Suga biased there is SUGA cafe cross the street. we recommend this place for its location n decent rest stop.

Need more place for storage n hanging clothes check in time need more flexibility

This is some of the most affordable accommodation you can find in Seoul and I came here directly from a much more expensive hotel (literally 20X the price as it was some free deal through work). The location near Seoul station and the metro is very good if you need to head back to the airport or elsewhere, and the room itself, while basic, is comfortable enough and has its own bathroom. You could squeeze two people in here, but I think its better for a solo traveller.

The electrical sockets are recessed and it was very difficult to get my international travel adaptor to work. I had to balance it on a tissue box and some odds and sods and even then it was difficult to charge my laptop

The location is really convenient near a subway station and some buses! It's a short walk to Seoul Station! There are lots of restaurants around as well! I like how the owner communicates quickly and efficiently! They are super helpful and all the check in instructions are clear and easy to do! If your a solo traveler or if your looking to stay in Seoul on a reasonable budget, I recommend here!

Personally, this doesn't bother me however this place doesn't have an elevator. So, it might be inconvenient if you have large luggage. Every time I stay here, it's no problem for me though.

No breakfast but there is open area for hot/cold and plastic cups, water with coffee and tea bags. Safe and quiet. Loads of Convenience store around the area, coffee shops, restaurants and near/walking distance to-from bus stops and subway. Near to Seoul train station too.

It’s just the bed(spring)noise every time you moved and turn, it could have been better to replace a new one. Other than that it was good.

Near subway and bus stop. There olive young, CU, G25 nearby just walking distance. Its cold during my visit, so free flow instant coffee is good plus they have water dispenser, microwave and iron on the lobby. Can change towel everyday. Big bottle body wash, shampoo and toothpaste.d large fridge outside the room.

There no lift inside the premise so big heavy luggage may struggle you but the stair not so high. The heater is auto there no control for it😅

The location was a real advantage. Its literally a stone throw away from Sookmyung Women's Univ Exit 1. Basic needs were provided a small towel, toilet paper, coffee sachets, slippers imside the room.

It would have been better if breakfast was provided. Also sound proofing of the rooms. The rooms need a little upgrade. Otherwise, the whole stay was pleasant.

The location was very convenient and the ac was working well. The owner responded quickly to our problems.

We did not have hot water for a bit. The doors were so close the walls, it was hard to walk by them without some weird maneuvering. First light near the entrance was out.

Location and staff are amazing. The room is quite small but it's okay. There is everything you need for a comfortable trip (shower essentials, small towels, and slippers).

Overall we loved our stay, but there are some things to consider. As it is located on the 1st floor, the room was quite wet and smelly. There were a couple of ants as well. Also the mattress is a bit noisy and not really comfortable.
