The bunk beds felt quite firm, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also quite well-equipped, although it was noticeably old. Overall, I liked the hostel; however, without the staff to guide me, it was a bit confusing to do some things. Fortunately, the rest of the people there were very friendly.

It looked quite old, and there were no amenities in the common areas, such as a fork. Unfortunately, it was a rainy day, and since the rooms are accessed from the outside, I got quite wet. It's also difficult to carry suitcases up and down the stairs.

The price is reasonable for 2 people. Location is convenient, near Hongik station exit 5 and bus station as well. Staffs are nice and helpful. Room and bathroom is clean. There is laundry service: washing and drying as well. I’m an easy person so overall it was more than I expect.

The location is uphill and takes lots of strength and time to get there if you have way too many luggages. My experience is not to follow naver map. That way is much longer than the shortcut from main road. If you go from Sinchon station towards Hongik station, after passing the huge church, pay attention to a small turn on your right with a sign “Guest house …” at the front. There are a staircase and a ramp up straight to the guest house front door. (Not a complaint but I did not get chance to use the aircon as the weather was cold enough. So I’m not sure if it still working or not.)

It was wayy more spacious than we expected and i love the interior so much (from the design and also the room arrangement! The staff was also friendly and helpful and they prepared facilities for everything (from fridge to washing machine) which is very helpful for travelers like us! Will repeat if i ever going to korea again 🤍

If there’s one thing i could complain is the path to go to the house. It’s dark at night so if you are travelling alone / if you are women then please be extra careful ! And also if you are bringing elders then this location is not really strategic either as you have to climb a flight of stairs to reach the house ( pretty sure there’s other ways to get there but i followed the navermap and they brough us through the stairs!)

Really good communication from the host prior to arrival, left me clear instructions on how to check-in and access the room when outside of normal check-in hours. Comfortable beds and spacious room. Clean Showers, linen and towels. Off the main road so no traffic noise, but still a good location not far from Hongik University Station.

Location, bed with courtain was a must!! (if you stay on the top, you will not have one), I did not meet the staff (did self check in) but the response was very fast and very well explain, top! Very well organized and kind!!!

Not clean at all, just the bed was clean. If was not this point, i could easly give a 10

VERY conveniently situated on the airport line at the Hongik station. Near all the hongdae main attractions. The place is very clean and the beds are comfy. The sitting area is cozy and the staff friendly. The rooms are just the right size for the number of beds. For the price I highly recommend. It has all a backpacker may need.

I really liked the hostel, it’s small and cozy, the rooms I thought were even a little bigger than they usually are in Korea, the access is a few blocks from the subway and buses. As it is a university area there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. I also found the spaces to be very organized and clean. The hostel is at the end of a stairs in the street, so be careful if you come with big suitcases.

The access to the rooms is open, and during my staying rained a lot, so that was problem, especially when carrying heavy suitcases as the stairs are small.

it was located in a great spot close to the subway and many other like buses etc the building may be old but everything is so comfy

I feel like some people wouldn’t like going uphill so please keep that in mind when you want to take bigger bags

It’s easy to check in, the staff is super helpful and the facilities are clean and more than satisfactory.

The bottom bed isn’t made for people taller than 1,80. The check in time is somewhat late, didn’t bother me this time it could be inconvenient though. All in all perfect for me!

The rooms were comfortable, with free coffee and kitchen facilities. Well situated between Sinchon and Hongdae.

It is up a hill and the immediate neighborhood is mostly residential. Basically no social vibe in the hostel, so not a good party base
