Very close to the Hongik Univ station exit 5 and there are cafes, restauranfs and even a laundromat nearby which where handy! We stayed for 5 nights and it was comfortable enough. One of the staff that we saw a few times always greeted us and was very friendly. Being close to Hongik Univ station stop was handy coming from the airport as we were able to catch the train straight from Incheon! Heated floors were a nice touch but we found that it made the room quite stuffy so we left our window slightly opened during the night.

There are three flights of stairs to go up which I had anticipated but just for others to be aware. I would recommend to provide clear instructions to guests as to where exactly they could leave their luggages should they arrive before check in time. The towels they provide are small so either bring one yourself or just keep asking for fresh towels daily as you’d likely use two each time. The “breakfast” they say that is included are what I would consider snacks but they were still tasty. For the price, I don’t think it’s the best value for money.

The place is really close to Exit 5, Hongik University Station. It has many cute cafes nearby, and two convenient stores very close to the location too.

The walls weren't very well sound-proof. Also, the staff on Kakaotalk wasn't very responsive. It could be easier if they have an elevator or rail to drag suitcases. I wouldn't recommend this place if you travel with wheelchair or baby stroller. The place is on third floor, it'll be a hassel to carry heavy and big luggages. Overall, the place is clean, reasonable for the price. The convenience in commuting and places to explore nearby make up for the lack inside the accommodation.

Hands down best location ever! It takes less than 5 mins walk from Hongik Univ Station exit 5, has two different convenience stores at every corners, coffee shops, coin laundry and even near to bus stops. Room was clean & the self check in/out process also were very simple as all you need to do is just follow the instructions given. Staffs also easy to contact through WhatsApp. Other than that, every guests were given light snacks & drinks daily located right outside the door. Water dispenser is also available for guests' convenience

This guesthouse has a thin wall if you're sensitive to sounds & does not have any lift so you need to carry your luggage up and down but overall these were still acceptable for me. However, I suddenly had another problem with the clogged toilet bowl during my 3rd & last day here. Tried flushing so many times but up to my dismay and poor ahjumma staff need to fix the problem and God knows how embarrassed I was😭 Already told the other staff via WhatsApp too regarding the issue and glad they're so responsive when I addressed the slight discomforts. I think maybe it had something to do with their sewage system

Simple breakfast provided: packed snacks, mixed nuts and canned drink. Plenty of dining options nearby, great shopping at AK mall, Daiso is less than 10 minutes walkable distance. Hongik University train station exit is less than 5 minutes walkable distance. Additional mini foldable table is provided in the room. During cold months, the floor is heated. All shoes must be placed in the shoes rack. Midsized bath towel only. Fresh water dispenser (hot and cold) is life safer.

Probably a simple English note from hotel reception to advice the nearby coin laundry shops and how to use the shower cum wash basin tap.

Convenient location, short walk from Hongdae shopping area and super shorter walk from the train station Line 1 (and 2) which made it super easy to travel to and from Seoul station for city check-in and AirPort Express. The room is clean and comfy. Although the bathroom is rather small, with the shower head connected to the sink but it was not too difficult to manage.

Probably breakfast but it’s not that big of the deal because you can easily find convenient store and cafe around there to get coffee and breakfast.

I love that it is so close to Exit 5 of Hongdae station! You don’t have to walk far to get back to your guesthouse after a long day out. 2 convenience stores right at your doorstep (7Eleven & GS25). Many chic and pretty cafés nearby. Just a short walk to the main shopping district in Hongdae. I stayed in a single room and it is comparatively bigger than the average guesthouse room, i could open both luggages comfortably. Water dispenser at every floor (yay to hot water always available!)

Lots of stairs and no lift, i have contacted the staff in advance for help to carry my luggage up but they only assisted to carry it to the entrance of the guesthouse, i had to carry my luggage up the remaining flight of stairs as my room was located on the higher floor. There were no bedroom slippers provided too.

It’s literally just a few seconds from Hongik Univ station (exit 5). Very convenient and close to the shopping and food/bar area but still located at a quiet street. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Also the staff was lovely! I could check in 2h early.

The walls between the rooms are quite thin. It wasn’t a major problem, but I could hear the other guests talk and laugh late at night. Also beware that you have to carry your luggage up to 3F, as the house doesn’t have an lift.

Not exactly a dislike, since this is my 2nd time staying here, more like a heads up. The shower is small since it's split with the toilet area. No elevator, so if you have multiple luggages or heavy luggage, it may be difficult to get to your room.

Location is very helpful for us consdering we had 3 luggage and 2 hand carry stuff to carry. Good rhing the location is just near the subway starion to and from the Incheon Airport T1

Personally i just think that the towels provided should have been bath towels and not face towels😁

Location is quite convenient, only within 5 minutes from 弘大 exit #5, room is clean and comfortable that I had good rest for the staying days.
