The hotel has everything you need for a relaxing stay: a swimming pool, spa, paddle courts, and a modern gym with all the essential equipment. We regretted not bringing sportswear — the gym was great and we would have loved to use it. Our room was spacious with a view of the pool, a very large and comfortable bed, crisp white linens, bathrobes, and slippers. The bathroom was well-equipped — even included a toothbrush and toothpaste. Breakfast was tasty — I recommend including it in your booking. There’s also a nice summer terrace, restaurant, and conference room on-site. A cozy place with a resort-like atmosphere — perfect for a relaxing getaway. We’ll definitely come back for a longer stay!

It was a bit unexpected that the minibar in the room was empty. However, there’s a small stand near reception where you can buy drinks and snacks.

The beds were very comfortable, although the pillows were a bit spongy. The shower was magnificent and we had a balcony with an amazing view of the rolling countryside. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

I got insistent messages about needing to pre-pay and check in online in advance. The payment links didn’t work and had a frantic message exchange with the hotel about it. Eventually, I paid when I arrived. I went to the trouble of checking in online before travelling but the information wasn’t recorded and had to go through it all at Reception on arrival, which wasted my time. The curtains were a little musty and could do with a dry clean. The fridge in the room barely worked. We had to ring Reception to get the room next door to turn down their TV so the walls aren’t as thick as you might hope.

We booked a Deluxe suite and were staying solely as a stop-gap and somewhere to relax before an appointment in Madrid the next day. We arrived, and to my surprise, the Spa was fully booked, which we didn't think was made clear through the website and was one of the key reasons we wanted to stay at this hotel. The receptionist, whose name I'm not sure of, was phenomenal. She called up the Spa multiple times to see if there was a possibility of someone who had canceled to make space for us. In the end, she got us in due to a cancellation, making the stay what we hoped it would be. Exceptional customer service at this hotel, and the breakfast was five stars. We'd 100% come again.

I traveled with my 2 sons so we could go to the Warner Theme Park. The size of the room and beds were larger than I expected. I slept in the single's bed, and they in the couple's bed. It could easily accommodate one more sibling if needed. There's plenty of free parking in front of the hotel, and the reception, which is open 24h, has clear view over it. Keep in mind that you need a car to go visit the Warner Theme Park.

Would definitely stay here again - staff are very helpful, kind and accommodating. Rooms are as advertised, very clean and comfortable. The spa was incredible and very well managed. Breakfast had amazing amount of choice and was great.

Location is good if you take the time to research what's nearby. Need a cab to get to the local town/restaurants/train station. Perfect place if you're looking for a calm, relaxing place outside of Madrid city.

There was ample parking around the hotel. There was a Mercadona close to the hotel but not much else. The breakfast was excellent. Great selection of food and drink. The pool area was good and had plenty of sun beds. Rather a strange walk down to it, however! All the staff were very pleasant.

There really was little to dislike.

Three of us stayed twice - one night on the way to our holiday destination and one on the way back to Madrid airport a week later. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming... the lady on reception in particular, and she remembered us upon our return. Rooms were spacious, clean and with large and comfortable beds. Very pleasant evening meal and superb breakfast. Safe parking. Nice location.

Room was massive, we weren't overlooked and it was very clean. Breakfast was good.

Location was a bit out of town and there was quite a trek to get to the pool. The area around the pool wasn't very nice with fake grass and the pool bar was shut so we couldn't get a drink without having to walk back to the hotel cafe.

I love the SPA in the hotel, the quiet place. Breakfast was amazing as well, with a lot of options for Vegetarians (a little less for vegan and gluten free). Beds were comfy

Restaurant has very few options for people with specific needs like vegetarians or vegan or gluten free (almost all with meat), the offer can be better

Modern, clean and spacious. Nicely laid out.

The short walk to the pool and having to carry the pram up and down the stairs. Feels a bit like the pool area needs a bit of love (pool bar / bit of a freshen up).
