Very clean room facing the freeway which had excellent sound proofing so was very quiet all the time. Staff fantastic and very helpful. The restaurant was outstanding, and the breakfast was great. The cafeteria next door is run by the hotel and uses the same kitchen, so the quality of food is first class. Very comfortable. A good base to tour Badajoz. You do not need to use the highway to access the hotel as there is another road which crosses the highway and links up with Avienda de Elvas providing direct access to shopping and the town.

Staff friendly and helpful. Comfortable, clean, modern hotel. Very conveniently situated for overnight stop on drive between the Algarve and Santander.

Café was overwhelmed for the evening meal, despite manful efforts of the 2 gents behind the bar. (Get in early.) Directions to and from the motorway need to be clearer.

Location.. handy for an overnight stopover. Plenty of parking.

We wanted to book dinner in the restaurant, but it was closed for two weeks for staff holidays. We were disappointed that we were not notified of this before our stay. We ate in the cafeteria, the food was OK, but it was very noisy.

Really nice hotel, easy access, manned reception. Many facilities, shop at the garage forecourt, cafeteria/bar, restaurant/ bar, large car park. Room was large, nice bathroom, small fridge, large bed

Everyone can be unlucky, we were we had noisy neighbours in the adjacent room who had no respect for the fact they weren’t the only people staying in the hotel, late at night, middle of the night and early in the morning - not the hotels fault I know….

This hotel is excellent. The location is brilliant. You are literally just off the main route from Lisbon to Madrid. There is no traffic noise. It is easy to find, whether you are coming from Spain or Portugal. I can highly recommend the suckling pig off the restaurant menu. We will stay here again.

Modern facilities, clean, good location, parking.

There was repair work being done early in the morning ... about 8:30 which woke us up. We had planned to only wake up at 9.00. Half an hour of sleep makes all the difference at our age.

is on the last area de servicio before reaching Potugal which is no official highway exit .So you can miss it when yr gps is not updated to such exit possibility. Google maps worked well but my car gps failed ...

Everything went superbly. The restaurant menu and quality of the meal was exceptional, the room was perfect as was the breakfast. the location of the hotel was spot-on after a long journey from Santander was very easy to find as it was situated in a service area on the motorway'

This was a second visit and the hotel itself was just as good. The cafeteria food was good.

The cafeteria was still noisy, dominated by the TV. The restaurant was closed - a big disappointment.

Very Good quality room for the money paid. There is a close restaurant to have breakfast.

It’s in the middle of the motorway, in a gas-station area. Your own car is needed if this is your place to overnight.
