Location is just 5-10 minute walk to the old city centre, the Ramblas, port and two metro stations, from which you can reach any part of town within 30 minutes. Also the breakfast was more than fantastic. Much more to what you usually get at hotels. Wide range of sweets, fruit, sausages, cheeses, bread, etc. Staff was very friendly and always helpful. The beds were wonderful, big beds, soft, the right pillows. I slept wonderfully there!

Not a problem with the hotel itself, but the hotel is situated by a square, which generates quite some noice (children playing, people talking, some traffic,) it only gets quiet at midnight. Windows stop the sounds mostly, unless you open them of course. Minor point (which applies to most hotels): why not make the water in the fridge free? Doesn't cost much, and it would be a nice service to the customers.

Location is outstanding. Lovely area (although watch for pickpockets!) and so close to Las Rambla so really easy to get about. Staff very helpful and super polite.

Breakfast was o-k. Later arrival meant eggs were dry and ham a bit crispy! No way to heat up churros :-(

I was impressed by the cleanliness, staff were so helpful and kind, location was nice, they changed the fridge in the same day because it was not freezing enough, they offered us good directions for the city, they have a nice breakfast range. They were happy to change from twin beds to king bed. The bed is so soft and comfortable. The back yard is not nice but we did not care about the view from the hotel room because we were out all day, every day, coming back at 9-10PM. Temperature was super nice, they have air conditioning, a lot of shop with 5-10minutes walk. 10min from the tube, Placa Catalunya. 10min from Las Ramblas 30min walking for la Pedrera/Casa Mila and Casa Batllo 45min by foot from Aquarium, Playa Barceloneta From Placa Catalunya you can travel with hop-on hop-off bus What I like most is the fact that room and bathroom were clean and the staff so kind, and gentle, amazing. The view inside the interior court, but as I said we did not care. Location wise very good for adults, for me it was a little tricky we had a 5Y old, she does not like walking long, and those 10min-12min carrying in my arms to the metro/bus were challenging, this is not hotels’s fault. The price, I booked last minutes and also it was exactly during Formula 1 event which I did not know. The cost was 250€/night, which I felt high for a 3*** hotel. All in all, we were so glad and happy and had a great time

Friendly helpful staff, everyone speaks english. Staff gladly accommodated my request for a room change to a quieter room not facing the Rambla. The room was really clean, immaculate. Loved the location! Raval is a dynamic, international neighborhood, a real crossroads of the world. It felt very safe walking at night since there is always a lively street scene happening. Reviews that call the neighborhood "sketchy" are misunderstanding the nature of the place. It is not a wealthy area and not a "tourist" area, and there are many immigrants, but it's a great neighborhood. The hotel faces the central Rambla Raval.

The bed and pillows were really hard, not too comfortable (although they had excellent all-cotton sheets). The room was rather sterile in appearance, clean and bland. Not a lot of space to put suitcase.

Reception team at the hotel is great, very helpful and always with big smile. I have asked for iron and wasn’t a problem to borrow from reception. Clean good size room and bathroom with batch and shower over bath , towels all bath accessories available- shampoo, body wash etc plus much, also toothbrushes , small body sponge , comb everything separately packed available. Fridge, kettle + coffee, tea in room. Everything what you need for short stay in Barcelona. Location 5 min from L3 metro station - Liceu , 5 min to marina , La Rambla. 2min walk from Hotel is coffee shop and bakery where you can get delicious sandwiches , croissants etc. Also around hotel planty of kebab shops , small restaurants serving Tapas ! You can leave a bag if you have a later flight so easy to exploring city for couple of hours before flight home. We have had a great time in Barcelona Thank you for ABBA RAMBLA HOTEL.

Everything was so perfect that we can't believe that was real from 3 star hotel... Extremly clean, perfect breakfast, superb location, quiet inside, very kind and friendly staff.. I'm Genius Level 3 guest but never experienced this from this level of hotel category... Tnx tnx tnx... We enjoyed Barcelona more because of you... I liked that staff was very helpful and friendly, room looked like at pictures on this website, housekeeping at its best, all my requests have been heard, and the promised street view was absolutely beautiful.

No sockets next to bed. No Smart TV and no option to connect your phone to TV.

The rooms are very nice and look newly refurbished and well equipped. There was a good shower and very comfy bed. I paid for the breakfast every morning and there was a good selection. The location was within walking distance of the main attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

It would have been nice if there was a lobby/ sitting area with a bar to relax in the evenings.
