The Breakfast was excellent choice and kept freshly updated all the time. The location of the Hotel was great just off the Rambla. All the staff were very pleasant and provided an excellent service. The room was very spacious and the shower was the best in 10 years. (the pressure) I would recommend the Hotel to anyone.

I have no negativity to anything about the place. Keep up the excellent service.

A great hotel with a lovely breakfast, modern design and lovely pool. The staff were all great and really helpful.

Sadly, the location is possibly the roughest place I have ever stayed. I’ve never been more aware of perennial pickpocketing or crime than I have there. The street and surrounding areas almost feel like you shouldn’t go out after dark.

The bar was unmanned so not a hotel for anyone wanting to drink at their accommodation.

The hotel is really good, amazing and curtious staff. The breakfast options although are limited but it was all good.

Outside the window view, it opened to another couple of residential apartments' back side. There could have been a room refrigerator.

The hotel was clean and modern. The rooms had all you would need for a weeks stop. Good proxmity to La Rambla and other sights.

Location could be better described as my wife felt uncomfortable walking to and from La Rambla due to the number of homeless and number of men congretaging on street/alley corners. The breakfast was very limited and always the same. There a large number of beggars that just approach you in Restaurants (if you sit outside) and the waiting staff dont do anything to discourage

Was a little worried about staying here due to some of the other reviews saying the area was a bit dodgy but I needn’t have worried. Our room was much bigger than we were expecting, we were lucky enough to have a room on floor one which meant we had a little terrace which was great to sit out on in the evenings. Beds were comfy, plenty of power sockets with usbs. Shower was powerful. Bathroom big. Breakfast was delicious- same sorts of things everyday but with small changes and it never seemed busy. Staff were lovely- gentleman on check in was very friendly.

Air con sometimes took a bit of time to get going (but then we were too cold so can’t win!). Bathroom may have smelt a bit at times but not overpowering. A very British gripe but we’d have loved the cups for hot drinks to be bigger and not just tea cup size.

Location was very convenient for us, the walk to the metro was under 5 minutes, and the the bigger street had great food options. Our room and the hotel in general was very clean, housekeeping did a great job. Breakfast was small but decent. Aircon in room was great, we were in during the unexpected heatwave, and actually had to turn down the AC a bit during the night.

As a lot of reviews have pointed out, the sidestreet the hotel is on is not great. Every day we saw rowdy people about, and the street does quite frankly smell. However, I want to point out that if anyone else is getting very worried reading the reviews as I did, that nothing actually happened to us. I even had to walk back by myself one night, and it was fine. I would say don't keep your phone out, and walk briskly. Don't loiter on the street and keep your senses up. Another small gripe was that the shower floor was extremely slippery, like to an almost comical level. Bathroom AC also turned on when you turned the lights on, and it was so loud that it would wake the other person up if you had to use the bathroom at night. The lack of a trashcan in the room was strange.

The room was a normal size for two people. I really liked that it was cleaned every day and we had fresh towels. We stayed five nights, and every day the room was spotless. Minimal decoration, but everything was new and of very good quality. The staff were polite and tried to help with most things they could. The breakfast was minimal too, but had everything you could need, always fresh and always plentiful.

Some of the things I didn't like were: 1) The area, while close to the center, was not always safe. Every day, someone was fighting and making noise under our rooms. The police patrolled frequently, but it was still not a very safe area. 2) I expected a double bed, but we had two beds pushed together, which was uncomfortable for a couple. They eventually connected them, which was better, but a double bed would have been preferable. 3) When I asked for a cup to drink water at night, they said they couldn't give me one, which I found strange. They said it was protocol, so I went to a store and bought one, but I was unhappy about it. Telling me I could go to the bar wasn't helpful! I wouldn't go to the bar two or three times a night just for water.

Super clean, fantastic breakfast included (breads, bacon, eggs, meats, cheeses, pastries, fruit, yogurt, cereal, coffee). Helpful staff. Clean towels daily. Great location. Ignore people who tell you the Raval is unsafe, felt safer there than in London. Great location for local independent coffee shops, fresh fruit and veg, markets, non touristy tapas bars etc. Pool was closed (time of year) but it has a pool! Expensive for a 3* hotel but that's what you pay in Barcelona these days. Basic room (no kettle, tea, coffee). Would definitely stay again. Air-conditioning in the room was broken

Our stay at this hotel was very enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The location was ideal, with everything easily accessible and within walking distance. The staff were consistently helpful and accommodating, which added to the overall positive experience. The only area for improvement would be the pillows and covers in the room, which could be more comfortable. Aside from this, our stay was smooth, convenient, and very pleasant.
