Very nice apartments situated in walking distance from metro Clot, Glòries and Encante. Easy to get to city centre. Spacious enough for 4 people, and with a narrow, but useful balcony. Easy to check in, bit be aware of the extra costs.... Remember you key card when you leave the apartment because you only get 1! Kitchen is not fully equipped and pots need a replacement. If you are going to cook, remember to bring a spatula 😅 And also bring dish towels... As the cleaning only comes by every 5th day, you never know when... So my advice is to buy extra toilet paper... The house is very loud, so you hear neighbours clearly. Our apartment was placed towards the back, so we didn't have problems with the traffic noise. I liked the place and would stay here again!

This was a fantastic stay. Rooms were large and plenty of space to store your luggage and your clothes. If you were staying for a longer period of time, we only stayed for one week it would be perfect. The living room was big enough to sit around and watch a movie The Terrace is huge. It's a great location outside of the touristy area but close enough to hop on a scooter or a bike and get to Center in 10 minutes. Only a 5-minute walk from the train station clot. There's a beautiful park within about 5 minutes walking that also has a three-story flea market a couple days a week which is huge. I would definitely stay here again. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. There's a great Mexican Italian restaurant 5 minutes walk. There's a few great bakeries around as well.

The apartment was spacious, modern, and very clean, which made for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly cozy, and the kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. Despite being in a lively area, the courtyard-facing apartment provided a serene escape, allowing for a restful night's sleep, free from the usual hustle and bustle of city life. The location is also excellent—centrally located with easy access to public transport (bus/metro/train) and plenty of cafes and shops nearby.

The Wi-Fi connection was a bit of a letdown. It was often slow and inconsistent, which was frustrating at times, especially for those who rely on stable internet for work or leisure. This is an area that could definitely use some improvement.

Good sound insulation (the apartment is the width of the building, so there are no neighbors through the wall, and no one could be heard from above). 4. Convenient registration process and key collection via a machine. 5. The apartment is clean enough (although there was a dust in some places).

1. The description of the apartment states a coffee machine and a dishwasher, but they were not in the apartment. 2. The windows overlook a noisy road, so if you like to open windows, then this can be a problem. 3. It would be nice to add a spatula to the kitchen utensils.

Nice and spacious apartment. The separate bedroom and dedicated children's room with two beds were very convenient for our family stay. The apartment is well-equipped — air conditioning, a functional kitchen, and a balcony — everything was in good working order. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience.

The only downside was the parking situation. The apartment is located on a large and busy avenue, and it’s not possible to park directly nearby. You have to search for parking in the surrounding area, and available spots are not very close. Something to keep in mind if you're traveling by car.

Good placement in the city. You can go on foot to Sagrada Familia in 15-20 minutes. Also beach is quite near (drive on bus 20 minutes). In the apartments was good temperature (not hot) and quiet because the windows overlooked the courtyard. Also in the apartments was really clean. As a bonus there is balcony, in the building there is an elevator, near apartments the are many small grocery stores.

The only small thing is hairdryer, it’s weak and heats up very quickly. It’s problematic for long hair.

The apartment exceeded our expectations - it was extremely clean, well furnished, spacious. The kitchen box had all the necessary cutlery and appliances. It is centrally located. We had a problem with the key entering the room in the evening. The apartments are close to 2 metro lines (1 & 2) and to Liddle 700 m away. We called the emergency phone and our problem was solved from distance for literally 1 minute! We will recommend Arago 565 apartments to our friends travelling there.

We had a dishwasher but no tabs for it - we had to buy in order to be able to use it. We recommend the owners to provide hotel slippers. It is good we had brought 2 pairs with us, otherwise we should have walked around the apartment with our trainers. And having walked for 8 hours around the city, you need to take them off while in the hotel.

Very good location, there is a metro near the apartment. Excellent connection to the airport because the train to the airport stops at the metro station. There are many markets nearby that are open at night. The area seems safe. There is no noise, it is quite quiet. Those who like to walk can walk to some of the sights (Citadella Park, Sagrada Familia).

We liked everything. I have only one suggestion: put paper tablecloths in the kitchen, so that there is some kind of placemat for the meal.

Conveniently located in the city. A call to the caretaker had him there in 5 minutes to store our luggage and was back at 1pm when the room was ready and he assisted to get our luggage in. A very roomy 2 bedroom unit fully equipt kitchen with the biggest fridge freezer that I have ever had in any Booking.com property I have stayed at. It had a large lounge dining area. I would stay again.

I did not have any clothes washing facility a nuance but not too much of a problem.

The location is wonderful. Two metro stations are close by. Sagrada Familia is a short walk. There are many bars and cafes with great food within a couple of minutes walk. There is a nearby park. The apartment was fairly well equipped and a decent size. There was absolutely no audible sounds from surrounding apartments.

The apartment was decently clean at surface level but I would think due for a deep clean. However, seating, beds, linens and towels were perfectly clean so it wasn't a disappointment.
