The property is in a spot-on location. It quiet and with an easy access to the city center but also locally there are many shops, malls, parks and restaurants / cafes to explore. The property was clean and well maintained. The staff were professional and the amenities as well as the communication was excellent.

1. internet - was very temperamental - really this needs to be improved (using it for work / leisure or even TV - did not work well at all) 2. The rooms are a bit stuffy, though there is A/C to be used, but due to the humidity, many mosquitos were in the room - maybe to consider repellent (plug-in)

The location was nice, and so was the neighbourhood. With both metro and bus stations close by, it was really simple to travel to other places in the city. The room was as advertised, nice and tidy, with a massive ceiling. Despite the low number of square-feet, it felt big.

The key card was demagnetised and had to wait over an hour to be able to get into my apartment. I also think that there should be more kitchen amenities (for example, a kitchen rag, a towel over the table, stuff like that). Although the kitchen equipment was well-equipped with its appliances, it could've provided more amenities like a better kitchen rag, and towel to cover the table, for example. Also, I selected a double bed, I had to sleep with my partner on two single beds next to each other, which wasn't that nice.

Greeted well and explained everything in detail. Apartment had everything you needed and was spacious enough. Bed on 1st floor could off been a bit higher but it was confortable enough.

The blind at the entrance, abode the main entrance door would of been happy to have the choice of pulling the blind up a little bit for more natural light to come in but apart from that everything was lovely.

Location is excellent, 15 mins from the beach, 15 min from Parc de la Ciutadella. Metro and bus stations are 2-3 mins walking distance.The staff was kind and helpful. Markets and cofe shops are close by as well as the centre of Poblenou, with restaurants and more shops.

Considering the price range, cleanliness should be much better, especially the floors. Also, there is a washing machine available in the apartment but no dryer or place where you could dry clothes, so washing machine itself makes no sense. If you hang clothes outside you would be fined (350€).

The apartment was perfect and exactly as described. Location was a little far from the main attractions in the Gothic Quarters however we were aware of this when booking the room ! Place was clean. Had AC which was amazing for the week we were there in the heat. Front desk was easy to deal with. Overall very nice facility would happily return. 10 minute walk to the beach and about a 30 minute walk into the Gothic Quarters.

What wasn't described very well on the website and caught me off guard was the city charge that came along with the booking. I personally did not find that info anywhere on the booking website, and then upon arrival we were told the price was wrong and it was actually higher then the website stated. Well it was a little late to look for other places and so we just ended up paying it but it made quite the price difference on our total bill from what I was quoted. Besides that we had no other complaints about this place.

Great location, plenty of space. The kitchen has all the amenities. Stuff was ready to help us. We could even leave our luggage with them after the check out. Great place for friends, even for families and longer stays.

They have mixed the amount of taxes we should pay, so we had a problem with it, but we solved it.

If they could have reception at the property to cover more hours would be much more convenient. I had to go to the other building to check in

The location was excellent. 3 minutes to the subway, supermarkets nearby, 15 minutes to the beach. You can even reach some tourist attractions on foot. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We also liked the two separate bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable.

The apartment had some shortcomings. The shower door was hanging out, the sink had a crack and especially the bathroom should have been cleaned more thoroughly.

Had a really enjoyable stay here. Really good location and was perfect for 2 adults and 3 children. Love the industrial feel to the place.

Had everything we needed - only stayed one night - wish it was longer. I would not hesitate to book again for a longer stay.

The location was perfect for Primavera Sound, a few stops on the Metro. Lots of places to eat in Poblenou at walking distance (4 blocks away). The room (B3) itself was immaculate, spacious and enough to accommodate 4 people as there was a pull-out sofa-bed. The added bonus was the fully-kitted kitchenette and the private terrace which meant that we could do laundry and quickly dry it outside. Floor to ceiling windows meant that we had plenty of light coming in but with the blackout curtains you could have sleep anytime in the day. The Hotel staff was lovely and made us feel welcome throughout the night.

The walls are thin and no sound-proofing as we could easily hear people going up the stairs and having normal conversations in their rooms. We were very careful playing music from our phones/iPad and pulling chairs across the floor. The shower was also too narrow and awkward to step under the shower head. Being 6'3 (195cm) tall, there was a towel rail that I kept banging my head on due to the narrow space. The apartment was very spacious and the bathroom could easily have been designed bigger as there was plenty of space to steal from the Kitchenette and living room.
